Great experience. Worth it to see. Dominicans very very nice people who take care of you. The only thing is transportation because they tell you to come back to your Hotel around 7pm and it was 9:30pm by the time we came back. Really nice experience

The whole tour was a bit much. From the hotel over 6 hours car boat and car ride. Horse riding was very strenuous for the animals in the clay over the stones. I would say according to Swiss animal welfare scho very border guard.

I hated this tour.It is extremely exhausting! Not to mention that I was carrying children, completely out of question. We spent all the time in transportation, with 15 to 20 mnts of waterfall, with difficult access, stones and mud! And the best part, which should be the only visit, in my opinion, the island Bacardi, we only stayed not 1 hour! It starts at 6:45 at the hotel and ends at 20:00. Worst part is that of the horses... they looked like Indians waiting for us, the path is terrible, lame, stones, holes... Suffering for the horses, the escorts want a sling, they say they don't get to make the route, they're volunteers! Steep staircase, to get to the waterfall, lack of air... I didn't take more photos of the route, because I just wanted it to end. There is a Service photographer, who asks 50€ for the photos he sends by email. Etc.

Horseback riding is part of getting to know the local nature and traditions. Our guests are always happy with this experience, we are sorry you didn't like it. Tourism is the main source of income for the local population. It is also customary to leave a tip, and buy souvenirs, photographs, etc. as goodwill. Andar a cavalo faz parte do conhecimento da natureza e tradições locais. Nossos hóspedes estão sempre felizes com esta experiência, lamentamos que você não tenha gostado. O turismo é a principal fonte de renda da população local. Também é costume deixar uma gorjeta, comprar lembranças, fotografias, etc. como boa vontade. Bacardi Island is a paradise BUT many people and food from my regular excursion. The road to lemon waterfall is on horseback with volunteers helping you earn a tip (more than deserved). The waterfall was fine, just because the water was cloudy. But downstairs there is a smaller Second Waterfall that I really liked and bathed in. It is a route that you have to be relatively well physically to do since you have to go down and up more than 200 "wild" steps
