Brilliant way to see the island. Beautiful route and allow you to drive the buggies properly. Very well organised from start to finish.

Me and my partner went on the buggy following the guide Elvin on the quad and we stopped at many different points including an amazing spot on the beach where they was sand dunes ,caves and even shom old buildings we also saw some turtles and stopped at a bar for a drink .Elvin was an absolutely brilliant guide and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of giving this a try 5 star experience 😎

Great experience good for its money

This was my first-ever buggy adventure, and it was absolutely incredible! It’s honestly hard to put into words how amazing the whole experience was. It’s something we will remember for the rest of our lives. The guides were absolutely wonderful. A special shout-out to Ronnie, who was incredibly kind and welcoming from the very beginning. You can genuinely tell that he is a truly good-hearted person, and he made the whole experience even more special for us. ❤️ All of the other guides were amazing as well. The organization was first-class, everything was perfectly arranged, and the entire adventure exceeded our expectations. An unforgettable experience, incredible people, and memories that will stay with us forever. Truly something beautiful. Thank you so much! ❤️

The buggy experience on Sal Island ended up being marked by some quite unpleasant situations, despite the visit itself being very good. To start, they were supposed to pick us up at the agreed location, but they ended up forgetting about us. We had to call to understand what was happening and, when we finally got to the starting point, the group was already all waiting for us. As a consequence, the initial explanations were given much faster than they should have, just so we could keep up with the rest of the group. Another problem happened at the time of the activity purchase, two days before. There were three of us and we wanted to do the experience together. We were told by the employee that there were no 4-person buggies and that one person could go with the guide, and that on the same day we could switch so that everyone would have the opportunity to drive. However, when we arrived, they told us that we couldn't make that exchange after all and that, even in a 4-person buggy, only two people could drive. What made the situation even worse was realizing that, after all, there were two 4-person buggies in our group. In other words, the information that had been given to us at the time of the sale did not correspond to reality. When I questioned the employee about this, her attitude was quite rude and, given the situation, I even asked for my money back. The request was not accepted, otherwise I would have preferred to cancel the activity and not do it because of the way I was treated. Fortunately, the guides who accompanied the visit were exactly the opposite. They were very kind, attentive, and professional and they even managed to greatly reduce the discomfort caused by the whole previous situation. The visit itself was very good and the guides deserve recognition for their excellent work. In the end, the feeling is that the experience could have been much better if there had been more organization, transparency, and, above all, respect in customer service. The activity and the guides were good, but the experience with the sales representative and the failure in transportation made our final opinion of the company quite below expectations.

The 2-hour buggy trip went really well, quite sporty all the same but we came for that and we were not disappointed. Our children also loved it. We had taken 2 buggies so that they could be in front. The guide spoke good French and was super nice. So very good experience and good organization.
