We had a lovely guide. She was funny, Engaged all 4 on the trip. Safe driver. Very pleasant. The winery was a beautiful example of an old structure. So happy that current owners are taking good care of it. The wines were wonderful. We toured with 2 others from Ireland who added to our fun time.

Great guide Fabien, very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved St Emillion, and the Chateau for the tasting, which was so.ething out of Disney with the turrets. Tasted 4 wines and got lots of history and information about wine making.

had an absolutely fantastic day with our guide, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the region’s wine history and helped us discover some amazing hidden gems. It was fun, engaging, and made sure our small group was comfortable all day.

I reached out to provider to inform him of the traffic coming into Bourdeaux. We asked for parking, the meeting point was next to a public parking. We may have been about 5 minutes late to meeting point due to walking from parking to meeting spot. Tour guide, Fabian, made a comment of the need to go because we were behind on time. Honestly? Ny the time he checked is in we were walking and leaving in the van by 9:10 am. Honestly 10 minutes would not make such a huge impact. His knowledge and information about Bordeaux was great. He had to speak English and French on the tour. We were sitting in the back, not able to hear him clearly at times. Reached St. Emiliano and starting walking the city. Basically, that is all we got to do in the city. Pose for a few pictures and see a church on the inside. No time for shopping souvenirs. We continually quickly to the wine tasting. The wine tasting at the Palais Cardinal was extremely well organized and the highlight of the tour. Here at least, we were able to buy wine and some souvenirs. The tour guide did offer, bread, cheese, sausage and dark chocolate to pair with the wine. Once inside the van on our way back, there was no more conversation in the van. Took an intermiten nap, until our arrival. The tour could have been a bit more laid back and the guide should have allowed for wandering the city of St. Emiliano instead of rushing us through the streets.

Great tour, we learned a lot about the wine in the regions. As per guide, avoid July-September. October was perfect weather and not crowded.
