Regarding communication and train confirmation, we understand your concern. During periods of high demand, final train assignments and schedules may sometimes only be confirmed shortly before departure. While this process depends on the train operators, we recognize that it can create uncertainty for travelers, and we will continue working to improve the speed and clarity of our communications. Concerning the assistance provided during the ticket process, we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. Our local staff was assigned to coordinate the logistics and support the ticket purchase process. However, we understand that stronger English communication would have made the experience more comfortable and less stressful, especially during the ticket queue.
