Dharavi er et af de største slumkvarterer i Asien. Japanese expatriates who have been Powai'd. I went with my family, but Max spoke English slowly, so I could understand my family who are new to overseas. I want to go again.

Shruti took us on a tour of the Mumbai slum this morning after last night taking us through Crawford Market and some of the other historic sites of the City. Shruti is very knowledgeable and provided us with many interesting anecdotes and facts about the City, its history and its peoples. It is also worth noting that Shruti and Neerag (our driver) were especially flexible to meet our needs. 5 stars and thank you Shruti and Neerag.

Shruti is an amazing tour guide!! As a solo female traveller she made me feel so safe throughout the experience and had answers to every curiosity I had. She was incredibly respectful to both me and the residents of everywhere we went :) book with her !!!

Great tour, was efficiently routed to hit many spots and see various industries within the two hours. Our guide Max was well informed of the history and very helpful. We were the only party reserved so he took some time to give us recommendations for the rest of our stay in Mumbai as well. Would recommend to people interested in local culture and history. Should be able-bodied as there’s a lot of walking and come well-equipped for the heat.

Amazing- the best tour I’ve done in Mumbai! Shruti was super knowledgeable and pleasant guide, she showed me all about 3 sections in the slums- commercial, living and pottery. Very informative, an eye opener and I felt very comfortable with her being a women, it’s very safe. If you have a chance- go and ask for Shruti. Thank tou very much!
