Dette er for dig, der ønsker at maksimere chancerne for at se Nordlyset – og minimere behovet for held! Det vigtigste mål er enkelt: at se og fotografere det nordlige lys med dig i billedet, ved hjælp af vores professionelle kameraer og mange års fotografisk knowhow. Vi kører så langt som nødvendigt, selv over grænsen til Sverige, hvis det er der lysene er. Den samlede tur varighed er mellem 4 og 6 timer, afhængigt af forholdene i natten. Vi har udforsket utallige steder omkring Lapland. Vores team overvåger live aurora data 24/7, satellit cloud kort og vejr modeller i løbet af dagen. Når vi bekræfter, at forholdene er gode nok, bevæger vi os. Og når vi bevæger os, forpligter vi os fuldt ud: Vi kører så langt som nødvendigt - nogle gange 50 km, nogle gange 200 + km - for at finde klare himle og se lysene. Vi går hvor Nordlyset er – og vi tager jer med os!

Rejseplan
Vi overvåger løbende solvindens bevægelser for at vide, hvornår nordlyset er på sit bedste. Det anbefales at foretage en reservation for den første dag af din ankomst. Hvis prognosen for den bookede dag er dårlig, flytter vi reservationen til næste dag og så videre. Hvis der ikke kan findes en passende dag, vil betalingen blive returneret. Vi tager ikke en tur, hvis mulighederne er umulige. Sådan sikrer du den bedste chance for at se nordlyset. Vi rejser i minivaner og små grupper for at sikre, at oplevelsen er bedst mulig. Vi anbefaler at tage snack med dig til aftenen og varme tøj. Vi er fokuseret på at finde nordlys, og det er derfor, vi ikke fokuserer på at lave lejre og grille pølser og drikkevarer, fordi det normalt er umuligt på grund af vejret og kørsel :)
Vi går til nærmeste hemmelige sted, hvor der er åben himmel og chance for at se det nordlige lys! Hvis himlen ikke er klar, flytter vi til de næste steder!
Nogle nætter ender vi hele vejen til Sween side af Lapland for at få den klare himmel og se Auroras :)
Vi besøger de bedste steder om natten og vender tilbage til Rovaniemi efter vi har set aftenens bedste show!

Excellent trip. Managed to get to see the northern lights. definitely worth it.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. My original booking for 26th Feb 2026 kept getting cancelled and was finally moved to 28th Feb. Since it was my first trip to Finland, I adjusted my flights to 1st March early morning just to make this aurora tour work. Before the trip, I specifically confirmed with their staff that we’d return by around 2:00–2:30 am. Instead, we got back at 4:00 am after an 8–9 hour trip (even going into Sweden), causing me to miss my flight and spend an extra £300 on a last-minute ticket. When I raised this, the manager refused to compensate me and simply refunded the tour to GetYourGuide—which I won’t even receive as it was a sponsored booking. On top of that, the “professional photos” were terrible—blurry, rushed, and not worth it. Completely unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy: First, the Northern Lights were in fact seen during your tour, meaning the experience was successfully delivered. Second, the duration of the tour is always communicated as flexible (approximately 4–10 hours) depending on weather conditions and how far we need to travel to find clear skies. On your night, conditions required a longer drive, which is part of maximizing the chances of seeing the auroras. This is also why we always strongly advise guests not to book the tour on the night before an early morning flight, as return times cannot be guaranteed. Regarding your request for additional compensation due to a missed flight — this is unfortunately not something we can take responsibility for, as flight arrangements are outside of the scope of the tour, and the duration flexibility is clearly communicated in advance. We always aim to deliver the best possible experience under Arctic conditions, and in this case, the Northern Lights were successfully seen. Best regards, Eemil Book Lapland
Luca was an exceptional guide and truly made this experience unforgettable. He reached out ahead of time to let us know the tour start time had shifted slightly, which I really appreciated—it set the tone for how organized and thoughtful the entire experience would be. We met downtown at the main office and headed out with a small group of eight, which felt just right. Everything was clearly well planned, and Luca created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable and informed throughout the tour. I did this with my 10-year-old daughter, and it turned out to be one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences we’ll both remember for years. After some incredible viewing and photo opportunities, Luca built a fire where we warmed up with hot drinks and cookies—such a cozy and perfect ending to the evening. Absolutely worth it—100% recommend!

The guides Jeremias and Toni were awesome. We have got excellent views of the northern lights and the photographs were amazing. They never got tired of clicking more pictures. The complementary hot drinks at the start and while watching the northern lights made us feel more comfortable in cold weather conditions.
