The travel company showed up 35 minutes late, and did not communicate with us . Their explanation - traffic was heavy.
10/10 Marley was the best person we met there. Helped us book tours and even took us to get souvenirs. I much recommended them
The pickup from the airport was straight forward and we had no issues. However the shuttle service I purchased stated “round trip”. There is nothing round trip about it as I have had no contact or confirmation in getting picked up from my hotel and taken to the airport. Also they marked my booking as complete.
We had an amazing and professional experience. Sebastian is super sweet and attentive, had a great conversation during our short wait pick up to the hotel. The drive was also pleasant and spoke about the new construction in Punta Cana. I highly recommend them A+
Our experience with Vacation Shuttles of Punta Cana was excellent. We were greeted with our name on a sign once we arrived. Our driver was waiting on us outside. If you have not experienced a van ride in DR just know the rules of engagement are different for traffic there. But we felt safe on both the departure and the return. Both drivers were very friendly, which we discovered is a common trait of the Dominican Republic. English was pretty good but there is always Google translate if needed. We will use Vacation Shuttles on our next DR trip. Highly recommended.
Great service. Was waiting at airport and even called to check on us while in customs line. Also picked us up when going home on time at the hard Rock.

This company was amazing. They texted to confirm the day prior, the second we stepped off the plane the driver was there holding a sign with my name so we didn't have to go looking, helpful with luggage and info on Punta Cana. On the return trip they texted again day in advance to confirm pick-up, arrived exactly on time and again, assisted with luggage. Friendly, responsible for reservations and great drivers. I would use them again the next time I go!
Both roundtrip transfers were great! Very happy with service. Our departing transfer from Excellence Punta Cana to the airport was great. Our driver was a Steelers fan (God help him, haha) - he was great to chat with on the way back to the cold weather!
