I løbet af en af de mest autentiske, gamle og mest respekterede skikke og håndværk i Bulgarien - plukning roser gør en af de unikke produkter af rose - olie og marmelade! Interessant ikke kun for sin smag, men også for dens forberedelse - det er lavet af unge roseblomster, plukket tidligt om morgenen, af en særlig art - den oliebærende Kazanlak Rose, som kun dyrkes i breddegraderne i Rose Valley i Bulgarien.

I was there 2 weeks ago and booked this tour as a hands-on experience on rose jam making and authentic yoghurt in a Bulgarian house. I'm very delighted to understand part of the Bulgarian culture. Thanks a lot to the guide and the whole organization!
