This was easily one of the best experiences we had in Rome. The summer night temperatures were great given the very hot days. The tour guide took us to all of the common spots, but then also took us to a few places we would have never found on our own. He was knowledgeable about everything we saw and was also an art history student so he had additional insights for us. I recommend doing this tour as one of the first things you do so you can determine where you want to spend more time later in visit.
Our evening golf cart tour with ImperioTours was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Rome. If you’re looking for a unique, fun, and unforgettable way to experience this incredible city, look no further. From the very beginning, working with Mateo, the owner, was an absolute pleasure. I was coordinating a group of seven people with only a few days in Rome, and this was our last opportunity to see the city together. Mateo was incredibly patient, responsive, honest, and efficient. He worked closely with me to find the perfect time and create an itinerary that fit our schedule perfectly. His professionalism and genuine desire to make sure we had an amazing experience were evident every step of the way. Our guide, Jan, was simply outstanding. He was warm, funny, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. His passion for Rome’s history was contagious, and every stop came alive through his fascinating stories and historical insights. What amazed us most was learning that he had already spent the entire day giving tours. You never would have guessed it! His energy was infectious, his enthusiasm never faded, and he made us feel as though we were his first tour of the day. Seeing Rome illuminated at night from the comfort of the golf cart was magical. Jan knew exactly where to stop for breathtaking views, shared interesting facts that you won’t find in a guidebook, and kept our entire group entertained from beginning to end. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Imperial Golf Cart Tours, Mateo, and Jan. They exceeded every expectation and gave our family memories that we will treasure forever. If you’re visiting Rome, this tour should be at the very top of your list. It was worth every minute and every euro. Thank you, Mateo and Jan, for giving us the perfect ending to an unforgettable trip!
We had a wonderful time with Matteo. We did the private night tour and he asked what are the main sites we wanted to see. He also took us to interesting stops that we did not know about. Felt like we got to experience Rome and he recommended a delicious tiramisu spot for us. He was accommodating and full of fun facts. It was the best tour we took in Rome.
Marco and Phillip were incredible tour guides! They were so accommodating and pickup us up from our Airbnb. We had a large group so they fit us into two golf carts. It was perfect!! They made the tour amazing with all of their insights and historical facts about the places they took us to see. We did many tours while in Rome and this was the best one by far! If you are going to be in Rome you MUST do this tour!!!
We had a wonderful time. Rocco, our guide was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful . He drove us all around Rome and explained the history and answered all our questions. This tour is an amazing way to explore Rome in a few hours . Highly recommend!!
Andrea was great- fun and friendly. We saw so much and he catered to what we wanted. Very knowledgeable. We had the best time. Highly recommend him and the night tour. (Stick to night for the cooler temps)

This is a must tour if you haven’t been to Rome. Our guide was the best with info , driving, fun and didn’t miss a chance to share his love for his city.. we loved it!! 5 star in our option.. There were 3 of us, 14 yr old grandson loved it too.

And Andrea was awesome—courteous, professional, wonderful sense of humor. Not only did he “know his stuff”—historic details and stories—but it was fascinating to hear a local perspective on Rome, Italy, and future opportunities for both. Wonderful 5 star plus experience!
Had issues with viator drop down pick up point and it sent the driver to the wrong location without us knowing. Had one option for the hotel name and it was wrong address. Ended up starting an hour later than expected. Driver was gracious and gave us a great tour in the end.
