We requested a tour of things off the Ben path since this was our second time in Rome and Nadia delivered! We saw parts of Rome that we did not know existed and visited the Jewish Ghetto. Nadia was very knowledgeable and personable and gave us recommendations and shopping tips for our time in Rome. Highly recommend.

Not customised, not knowledgeable, not engaging. Our experience has not been what we were promised. We actually experienced the opposite of a customised tour with a friendly and knowledgeable local: Not customised: When matching with a guide the organisation has assigned us a guide before we could even say what we are looking for prefer. The guide has sent a message asking about preferences which we did hoping we will have some description of their plan. They never answered. On the day we felt like going through a cookie cutter experience that did not really consider our message. Example: We said that we were not interested in the Colosseum because we already had a tour another day. The guide brought us there anyway and started giving us wiki level knowledge on the Colosseum, we had to tell them to skip the antique park. I wonder whether they even read the message. Not knowledgeable: The guide was not really knowledgeable about history and gave us very minimal wikipedia level descriptions of monuments. Simple follow up questions like: “Where are all Rome’s obelisks coming from?” were unanswered. I could’ve done the walking tour with wikipedia to the same effect. I thought the guides were carefully selected, clearly not. Not engaging: For the most part we felt the guide was very low energy and not engaging. They lightened up in the final hour after WE started engaging with them and started asking about the day to day life. We did manage to get some good recommendation, after asking. (This is the reason why I put 2 and not 1 star on the review). For the price, this was really not up to our expectations. It was a disappointing way to start our trip in Rome.

Absolutely wonderful. Guide was perfect in every way. Kind, knowledgeable, enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate another tour with Indira. Had so much fun, saw many hidden gems of Rome.

Elo was great. We got to get off the. Ormal tourist spots and see parts of Rome we wouldnot have seen on the normal tour. Enjoyed this tour.

I recently visited Rome with a friend, and even though I’ve been there several times before, it still felt like my first visit. There’s something truly magical about the city—every corner has something beautiful or historic to discover, and it never gets old. One of the highlights of our trip was a three-hour walking tour we booked. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, communication with the tour provider was excellent, and everything was well-organized. Our tour guide, Nadia, was absolutely exceptional. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. What really stood out was how she tailored the tour to exactly what we were interested in, making the experience feel personal and engaging. Her knowledge of Rome’s history and culture was impressive, and she shared it in such an enjoyable and accessible way. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the tour, and it added so much value to our trip. I would definitely try to book Nadia again on my next visit, and I’ve already recommended her to friends who are planning to visit Rome in December. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
