Madturen Better Eat Experience er en vandretur rundt i det historiske centrum af Rom. Turisten ledes af en "Foodie", en lokal "kompis", der er i stand til at forklare enhver detalje i de udvalgte restauranter, deres forberedelser og den relevante historie / nysgerrighed. Eat Eat Better Experience-ture er en blanding af gastronomi af høj kvalitet som en måde at vise italiensk kultur og livsstil og en vandreoplevelse sammen med en lokal ven. Dette er grunden til, at vi kun accepterer små grupper: vi ønsker at fokusere på en ægte udveksling og give hver turist den størst mulige opmærksomhed. Bemærk, at turen altid køres på engelsk og italiensk; andre sprog efter anmodning.

Inden for vores Rom Gourmet madtur vil du have mulighed for at smage nogle af de bedste retter i Rom, direkte fra traditionen.
Turen starter med de typiske håndlavede cookies, vi vil smage dem i en gammel cookie-fabrik fra 1920.
Efter det vil vi fortsætte til en berømt norcineria, hvor vi vil smage håndværksmæssige oste lavet med rå mælk og forberedt i henhold til naturlige teknikker. Alt dette og meget mere ledsages af registrerede vine efter lokal excellence.
I et lille spisested skal vi smage en af de bedste forsyninger i Trastevere, med en sprød skorpe og friturestegt: dette skal prøves!
Du kan ikke komme til Rom og ikke prøve vores typiske Pasta alla carbonara, tilberedt med italiensk bacon, pecorino ost og sort peber.
I slutningen må du ikke gå glip af Artisanal-isen: en af byens bedste tilberedt med naturlige ingredienser og præsenteret i innovative og fantastiske smag.

We had a great time in this food tour with carla. She answered all our questions and made us discover many amazing shops/restaurants. She even shared historical fact with us. Amazing experience
Barbara was AMAZING! She shared so much local knowledge, and her smarts went way beyond food. We got a great tour of the city as we went from place to place and she had an answer for every question. My only regret is that I couldn’t eat any more.

I have to say from the moment myself and my son met Carla our food tour guide we instantly connected with her and the group 🙏 Carla is very knowledgeable and brings you on an Authentic Tour of Italian Cuisine and shares so much of the history behind the food it was amazing, Carla is so passionate kind and easy going and the group we were in were lovey people and it was such a nice experience, I would truly recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Rome and highly recommend Carla for future tours going forward, outside the beautiful tasting food you learn so much of the history behind the food and and how this is continuing and passed on though the family generations , Thank You So Much Carla, it was a delight and our pleasure to meet with you , blessings from Ireland 💕☘️🙏

We had Carla for our personal tour guide. She greeted us with her warm smile and graciously welcomed us to the food tour. Right away, we felt a connection and were excited to learn about Italy’s food culture. She tied it in with our backgrounds explaining where the importance of nearby areas would be of interest as well. The food and dessert were very tasty. She explained about all the different foods, which was very informative. I would definitely recommend Carla. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious food combined with info regarding Italian cuisine.. pizza, coffee, cheeses, meats … all fresh ingredients.. tiramisu was the finale.. great guide. Friendly, entertaining and enthusiastic.. clearly loves her job.. Do it early in your visit. Fun, educational and you are eating like locals.,
