Sergio the best 5 plus star. Lovely tour
If you’re on the fence about booking this night golf cart tour, just do it. You won't regret it! This was easily one of the biggest highlights of our trip. There are so many companies out there offering similar tours, but this is absolutely the team to go with. From start to finish, they had great communication, competitive prices, and truly excellent customer service. I highly recommend booking this for early in your stay. Seeing all the major historical sites beautifully illuminated against the night sky is breathtaking, but it also serves as the perfect introduction to Rome, helping you quickly get your bearings and a true sense of the city. Our guide, Kalipo, was the absolute best! He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared history and insights in a way that kept our entire family completely engaged. Best of all, he knew all the secret, picture-perfect spots. He took fantastic photos of us, which our three girls absolutely loved and appreciated. Do yourself a favor and book this tour—it was a major highlight of our time in Rome!
This was a perfect introduction to Rome. We had ages 15 to 75 in hot June, so being able to get an overview of the city in a golf cart was the best way. It was topped off with our amazing guide Francesco who really did a fantastic job bringing us around the city, tailoring it to our needs, giving us great recommendations, picking out his favorite coffee place and showing us Rome's highlights. He is a very nice, fun guy and we enjoyed spending the morning with him.
David did an amazing job explaining the history of Rome during our nighttime golf cart tour. We all loved stopping to see the colosseum lit up at night and the gelato stop was a bonus! The best gelato we have had in Italy! It’s been so hot here that the cooler evening hour was a nice change!
We are so glad that we booked this tour! Seeing Rome in a golf cart is the best way to go! And Alex is such a great guide! He waited for us before our hotel pick up time and showed us all the main attractions in the central area, and drove us back to our hotel despite already running over time. Alex is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot of what we saw. He is also a very good driver. We, a family of four, all felt very comfortable when he navigated the narrow and crowded streets. He always dropped us off close to the site so we only needed a few footsteps to reach it. This makes the tour much more enjoyable - you would feel the advantage of doing the golf cart tour after exploring Rome on feet for a while! We would highly recommend Rome In Golf Cart and Alex! They would make your day when visit Rome!

Our tour started with a delightful cocktail. My partner had discussed our itinerary with our guide, Alessandro, but it seems that Rome by night was not on his itinerary??? Missing were Rome by night viewings of the Trevvi Fountains, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and notably the three fountains at Piazza Navona. Also missing, a view of the Spanish Steps from below and next to the fountain. As I experienced what I consuder was half the tour, I fell cheated. A refund of half the price from the company would still not appease the disappointment I experienced, but would show a degree of integrity from the company. PS. A stop along a dark road next to a building where unwanted babies are deposited, is hardly a romantic 'Rome by night' experience. I woud suggest a radio and headphones be supplied due to the distracting sounds of wind, bumby roads and noisy traffic making it nigh impossible to hear the guide

Many of the landmarks mentioned in your review, including some of Rome's most famous attractions, had already been visited by you previously, and you expressed that you did not wish to repeat them. For this reason, Alessandro adjusted the route to show you different locations and hidden gems that are not typically included in standard tours. Throughout the tour, you chose to get off the golf cart on several occasions, spending approximately 30 minutes outside the vehicle. This additional time was not deducted from the duration of your tour and was provided at no extra charge. Our intention was simply to ensure that you could enjoy each stop at your own pace. When booking a two-hour tour, it is important to understand that Rome is an exceptionally large city with countless attractions. It is simply not possible to visit every major landmark, make extended stops, and cover the entire city within the same timeframe. Two hours pass very quickly during a golf cart tour, and certain choices and priorities must inevitably be made. Regarding the location you describe as a dark road, we would like to point out that this stop was made specifically to accommodate one of your requests and to show you something unique, unusual, and off the typical tourist path. We are sorry that you did not appreciate this aspect of the experience, which was intended to offer a different perspective of Rome and one of its lesser-known stories. As for your suggestion about providing radios and headphones, we would like to clarify that this is not part of our service and, for private tours with only two guests, we have never found it necessary. Our guides are experienced professionals who know how to communicate clearly and effectively, adapting their voice and explanations to the surroundings. Direct interaction between guide and guests is one of the key elements of our tours and is something our customers consistently appreciate. While we respect your opinion, we do not believe this represents a shortcoming of the service provided. Regarding your request for a refund, we would also like to clarify that, just as customers have the right to evaluate our service, we have the responsibility to evaluate refund requests fairly and objectively. After carefully reviewing your tour and Alessandro's efforts to accommodate your wishes throughout the experience, we are confident that the service was delivered professionally and as agreed. For this reason, we decided not to issue a refund. Alessandro has guided hundreds of guests through Rome and is consistently praised for his professionalism, flexibility, and passion for sharing the city. We believe he did exactly what he always does: he listened to your requests and adapted the tour accordingly. Finally, we must admit that we are increasingly surprised by how easily refund requests are made, even when a service has been fully delivered and additional efforts have been made to accommodate specific customer preferences. Alessandro was a wonderful guide! We saw Rome in a way we never imagined with fun facts and history that kept our entire family engaged. We stopped for photo opportunities and were able to cultivate our own experience with points of interest and recommendations from the guide. The golf cart was large, new, and very comfortable. It also was small enough to fit down the tight alleyways Rome is famous for. I highly recommend this as a 2 hour fast and unique way to see the city.

Francisco was our guide and driver and he arrived promptly and took excellent care of us! The experience was fabulous! We saw so many of the quintessential Roman sites...the Trevi Fountain, Colluseum, Parthenon, fountains. Squares, Spanish steps, all while riding around in tge beautiful cool evening air. We stopped a few times and saw much along the way, while Francisco gave us history and fun facts. Recommend it highly.
