Our driver picked us up right on time and got us to the airport in 40 minutes. Easy to book and efficient if you want private transportation.
It was a dream to go to Jamaica. We only had half a day, and Sean made sure to give us the ultimate local experience, from driving us around the island and answering every question we had to taking us to where locals eat, 100% recommended.
When we arrived at the airport, there were no representatives to greet us, no kiosks, and no clear instructions on where to go. For 10 minutes we were asking people where to go.finally we found someone to call the company and the driver said he’s going to be 10 more minutes late late .we had to wait outside of the airport for him to arrive.This left us stranded outside of the airport and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience at the start of our trip. since this was a round-trip transportation service two days before leaving I had to call the company several times to get a response from them finally the day before they sent me an email with the wrong date of pick up .when I call them again he said he’s going to fix the email and send it to me right away and he did not .you can imagine how much time I spent in the lobby of the hotel calling them and getting stressed about my transportation at the day of leaving the hotel driver shows up with an attitude no greeting nothing.this experience was far from satisfactory. I kindly request that you investigate this company’s practices to ensure future travelers do not face similar issues.

Shawn and his crew took great care of my girls! From the multiple excursions to the airport pick ups. They were always on time and was very hospitable. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. The rum punch was always on deck! Was always a party. Had so much fun! And you know we lovvvved Leoonnnnnn! Don’t get jealous Shawn we love you too! lol highly recommend all the way around. Love you guys!
We had a ball!!! Sean and Leon were great with transportation, drinks, and entertainment! The vibes from the airport and everywhere in between were top tier!
We did the ATV and Blue Hole combo tour. Had such a great time and the value matched the price. I also booked with them for airport roundtrip transportation. I appreciated the communication and updates (as well as flexibility with how I could pay). Due to time we did not book other excursions but their prices for the combos as well as including many resorts in the pickup list made it an easy choice. The drivers were down to earth and accommodating if we wanted to stop for pictures. Will be using this company again for sure.
The entire time with Groovy Tours Jamaica was incredible. Orlando made sure we had a great time for my boyfriend’s birthday. We got to see some great views from the ATV ride. Had a great time at the weed farm and got some amazing food we had been searching for. I highly recommend!
