Gå langs de smalle gader i den middelalderlige gamle bydel med vores kyndige vejledere. Turen starter fra Rådhuspladsen - byens centrale torv fra 13 til 19 århundrede. Du vil finde ud af hvorfor Riga hedder hovedstaden i det dekorerede juletræ, hvor nøglen til Riga holdes og meget mere.

Mit navn er Riga. Jeg blev født for mere end otte århundreder siden ved Daugava-floden, og siden da er jeg blevet meget smukkere og mere attraktiv. Min far var biskop Albert af Livland, og jeg var glad for det, men så kom der en masse udlændinge, som ville erobre mit hjerte. Jeg formåede dog at forblive stærk og stolt. Hør mit navn igen – Ri-ga. Det lyder som musik, som et løfte, som en hemmelighed. Kom og opdag det!

Out guide was absolutely phenomenal!! Was so interesting. I was utterly captivated by everything she said. By far the best guided walking tour I have ever done in my life!!! Told some personal stories too and you could tell everyone in our group was spellbound…. Only negative was actually trying to find exactly where we were to meet our guide in the town hall square. We nearly gave up as couldn’t see any umbrella or canapé……
A little difficult finding the meeting point. The yellow umbrella was not opened. Very informative guide that walked at a comfortable pace
We took a 2 hour private walking tour of Riga with a knowledgeable guide. It was at a pace that was easy and the guide was very open to our many questions. The walking tour helped us identity places that we wanted to go back and explore in detail (eg; the Riga Cathedral). Totally worth the reasonable per head cost
