Oplev Ribera del Duero i afslappet tempo på denne to-vineri tur med hotel afhentning fra Madrid. Designet til vinelskere på alle niveauer, giver denne oplevelse dig en smag af regionens anerkendte Tempranillo-vine. Vi besøger to omhyggeligt udvalgte vingårde, skræddersyet til dit niveau af vin viden og den type oplevelse, du er på udkig efter; uanset om det er at udforske banebrydende moderne kældre, møde familie vinproducenter, eller dykke ind i regionens historie. Ved hvert stop vil du nyde en guidet smagsprøve af tre vine, der giver dig en ægte smag af Ribera del Duero. Mellem besøgene tager vi en pause til frokost på en lokal restaurant (selvbetalt), hvor du kan nyde regionale specialiteter eller noget lettere i dit eget tempo. Med maks. 8 gæster fra max. 2 grupper er atmosfæren afslappet, fleksibel og altid personlig. Uanset om du lige er begyndt at udforske vin eller allerede er en erfaren smager, er dette den ideelle måde at opdage Ribera del Duero på en enkelt dag.

Vores andet besøg er et relativt nyt projekt, men et projekt grundlagt af folk med en lang historie med vinfremstilling. Vi går gennem vinmarkerne (hvis vejret tillader det) for at tale om vækst af vinstokke og for at vise dig en lille struktur kendt som en 'guardaviña'. Vi går derefter ind i vingården for at diskutere de forskellige processer, der bruges i deres vinfremstilling, før vi går til katedralens aldringsrum. Vores besøg afsluttes med en smagning af tre vine og snacks.
Frokost (valgfrit og ikke inkluderet i prisen): Hvis du ønsker at spise lokalt, giver vi dig lidt tid til at nyde en lokal traditionel frokost med diende lam. Vi vil foretage reservationer forud for turen med en af vores yndlingsrestauranter. Hvis du foretrækker det, kan vi springe frokosten over og gå direkte til det andet besøg.
Med udgangspunkt i Val Sotillo vil vi forklare de forskellige vigtige punkter om D.O Ribera del Duero, før vi begiver os ud på en rundvisning i vingården for at lære om vinificeringsmetoder, der vil føre os ind i et netværk af underjordiske tunneler, en grundlæggende del af vinfremstillingens historie i området.

What an awesome tour with Michael. We checked out two wineries, each with their own unique winemaking style and model. Michael is very knowledgeable and passionate in wine. He took great care of us and explained everything so patiently. The lunch he arranged was fantastic, especially the baby lamb! Highly recommend this tour.

We truly had a wonderful experience with Michael. He was always punctual and, before our trip, very communicative to ensure we had the best experience possible. Michael picked us up from our hotel in Madrid and then we visited two wineries in Ribera del Duero. In between the two winery visits, we stopped at a terrific place for lunch as well that Michael recommended. The first winery was more modern and there was no skimping on the tasting. The second winery was almost ancient with winding tunnels in underground caves and also delicious wine. And lunch was basically a Michelin starred restaurant without the insane prices; amazing. We are looking forward to returning to Spain and exploring more of the wine regions with Michael again!
