RIB Speed Boat Tour og Archipelago Island Visit (4,5 timer)

Beskrivelse

I 1500-tallet besluttede kong Gustav Vasa at sætte forsvaret af Stockholms fjord her.

I had a great time on this trip! Grinda itself was lovely with plenty to do there for the two hour stop. The boat there and back was fantastic. There was both fast sections and slower sections where our guide, Adam, pointed out what we were passing. Fully recommend all around, well worth the money.
William our guide was great. Our group was especially fun with people from a number of places. I wish there was one more hour on the island of Grinda. It's such a beautiful place and you have time for lunch but not really much more. It would've been nice to have an hour to walk around perhaps bringing your lunch is a better option.
Exhilarating speed on the RIB boat to Grinda Island and back, with some slower speed going out of Stockholm harbour and a few other speed restricted areas. Waterproof jacket provided on this rather warm day (otherwise it's overall suit) plus goggles also offered. Good explanations of the sights en route from our guide William. Two hours on the island allowing a 45-minute walk and a nice lunch at the restaurant.
Amazing high-speed tour of the archipelago. A great introduction to the city from the water with a nice taste of adventure as well. The crew was amazing and provided some interesting stories about the region. The island was great to tour with some nice hiking/swimming/food. We passed many slower, tourist boats that were full of people and ours was much more intimate and adventurous.
Adam was the best - highly skilled at handling the RIB and well informed on Swedish history and Stockholm facts. So glad we booked this!
William was such a great guide - fun and adventurous but also very safe. This boat is SUPER fun!! It’s a beautiful day on the water, the islands are gorgeous. They provide wind breakers and goggles which is nice and helps keep you warm on a windy day.
Adam, the skipper/guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. Speed boat was a great way to get to see Grinda which would otherwise take longer to get to.
The RIB Tour and island visit was a great experience. Our captain Adam was great -pointing out interesting sights and giving is info about the archipelago (and a great driver). You definitely get going fast. The company supplies beanies, goggles, and either a wind jacket or full suit depending on the weather. We had a beautiful day so we only needed the wind jacket (or your own jacket) .The Island was beautiful and we had a great lunch at the restaurant at the hotel (there is a link in the booking platform to book this place for lunch). I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food-I would definitely recommend. A great day on the water in Stockholm!!
This was an invigorating tour through the Swedish archipelago, powered by our small speedboat, which glided over the water with ease. Not for the faint of heart as the ride is fast and there are waves aplenty, but if you are looking for an adventure while taking in magnificent views of Stockholm and its surrounding islands you can’t go wrong. When I mentioned our stop at Grinda island to my bartender later that evening, she was surprised we had gone so far out. The speedboat provides that luxury and I would highly recommend it!
I wanted to take a cruise within the archipelago, but most of them lasted only 1 or 2 hours and did not allow for going very far. I finally came across this excursion and I do not regret my choice at all! Before starting, I would note that the only downside we faced was that we received one time for the meeting (10:30 AM) which was not the same for our guide (10:00 AM). Our guide had been waiting for us for 20 minutes when we arrived around 10:20 AM. I do not know where the error came from, but it should be noted for next time. However, that is the only "negative" thing I would have to say in this review. Once we arrived on site, we received suits as well as glasses to protect ourselves from the cold (even though the weather was nice, with the speed of the boat, it was necessary). We then sailed to Grinda Island where we were able to stay for 2 hours, enough time to eat at a restaurant and enjoy a little hour of peaceful walking. The trip (between 1 hour and 1.5 hours each way) allowed us to see very beautiful landscapes in an extremely fun way! We sometimes went very fast and sometimes more slowly. We could therefore enjoy both exhilarating moments at high speed and calmer moments to admire the scenery. Our guide, Pelle, was also amazing. Very kind and attentive, he provided us with numerous pieces of information about the islands, landscapes, buildings... that we encountered. He frequently asked us if everything was okay with the speed and to let him know if there was any issue. My sister and I were fortunate to be alone for the excursion, which made it even more exceptional! In conclusion, I would say that if you love speed, you will adore this, and I totally recommend it! A big thank you to Pelle for this wonderful moment; we are unlikely to forget it :)
