That’s wonderful to hear! We are so glad you chose to take a walk with us!
Sara is so good at making history interesting. She walked us through a few different neighborhoods, brought us to the Battery, and through alleys explaining the different architecture. She even recommended an excellent place for lunch.
Fantastic! Love to hear that a Great Walk was had! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a note…
From on time start to finish total immersion in the historic and fun facts of revolutionary Charleston. John not only imparted non-stop knowledge of the history he made it fun with his interpretation of the thought processes of the historical personalities. Who knew G. Washington wore out 2 pair of shoes dancing with over 200 women in a Ball that lasted over 2 nights? John never ran out of information and he strategically had us standing and walking in shade as much as was possible which was also appreciated. Just a small group assured I could always hear and appreciate all the information. We took other tours later that overlapped some of the sites but John's information proved to be more in depth and more fun than any other tours.
We are so glad to hear it and we love to hear everything in your review! Thank you for taking time out of your vacation to walk with us!
Very informative and a pleasant walk. Our guide was careful about walking on uneven pavement. Brian answered all our questions thoughtfully.
Lovely! Thank you for taking the time to walk with us and share your experience!
Bryan was a very knowledgeable tour guide, it was a full 2 hours around Charleston. We very much enjoyed making our way around the various locations.
Terrific to hear! Thank you for taking the time to review us and thank you for taking a walk with us! Until next time!
Better point of meeting the tour guide to get the tour started , the tour itself was fantastic and we learned a lot from the guide
We love to hear it, thank you for walking with us!
Paul is the consummate tour guide. He is friendly, knowledgeable and provides interesting back stories to various landmarks. He can even speak to native flora and fauna which is an area of particular interest to me. The tour is more of a dialogue than a lecture as he encourages questions and active participation. 10 out of 10 for worthwhile Charleston tours.
We love to read reviews like this! Thank you for walking with us!
Tyler was amazing. During the tour he made sure everybody was taken care of during the tour. We got a real felling of what happened in Charleston. He also pointed out some awesome places for pictures.
Awesome to hear and thank you for walking with us!
I very much enjoyed my tour guide’s knowledge and humor while walking among some of Charleston’s most lovely buildings and homes. Would definitely recommend to any visitor!
Thank you so much!
We had a great experience with our guide, John. A native of Charleston, he was extremely knowledgeable about the history, architecture, culture, and people. He packed a lot into the 2 hour tour, but didn’t mention much at all about Charleston’s history related to slavery. We sought out the museums (African American Slave Market Museum and the International African American Museum) to learn about this part of Charleston’s history.
That's lovely to hear!
