Vi vil have en god kaffe (kold eller varm en) og selvfølgelig vil vi have en dejlig introduktion til madturen.
Vi kan begynde at gå på Kuskatan en local.restaurant med tonsvis af salvadoriansk køkken som sopa de frijoles eller sopa de gallina Indien eller nogle pupusas til at starte med. Eller Hvis du ønsker at prøve en af de bedste kyllinger nogensinde, prøv den bedste ristet kylling kaldet pollo bonanza, nogle rejsende enten have frokost på den første placering eller på dette sted. Denne er den eneste restaurant af sin art i hele landet, det hedder Pollo Bonanza. (Hver rejsende betaler for den mad, du vælger)
Lige i Típicos mimita vil vi prøve store salvadoreanske typiske retter. Empanadas, yuca frita, atoller, pastelitos og meget mere afhængigt af hvor meget du ønsker at spise.
