We had an amazing experience with Abdellatif from start to finish. He made the whole trip feel really safe and easy, and was incredibly accommodating throughout the day. He constantly checked in to make sure we were okay and did everything he could to make the most of our experience. Everything was so well organized, making the entire day effortless to navigate. The show was fantastic, the quad bikes were so much fun, the camel ride was a great experience, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend Abdellatif to anyone looking for a memorable, stress-free day. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

We were a large family with young children, and this tour exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Moncef, and driver, Amine, were fantastic. Moncef learned everyone’s names, kept us organised, managed crowds well, and ensured we stayed comfortable in the heat with plenty of water. His friendly and attentive approach made the day smooth and enjoyable. The stops were excellent, especially the argan oil cooperative, which was far better than others we visited and offered a peaceful, scenic break. The camel ride was the highlight for everyone, especially the children. Dressing up was a nice surprise and fun! The photos taken during the ride were a lovely touch and created lasting memories. A big thank you to the team—we highly recommend this tour, especially for families.

We had a wonderful experience on the camel, quad bike, argan oil cooperative and fire show. Kaoutar was an excellent guide! She was on time for pick up, made sure everything went off perfectly smoothly. We were travelling with our 8 year old daughter and she hated her experience was just as special.

We had a mixed experience overall. Starting with the positives, the pickup from the hotel was arranged with an air-conditioned vehicle, which made the journey comfortable. The camel ride was enjoyable and well organised. The food provided was excellent, with water and traditional Moroccan tea included, which was a lovely touch. The night show was not as impressive as we expected, but we still managed to enjoy the atmosphere and the overall experience. However, there were several areas that need improvement. The pickup was delayed, and instead of the scheduled 3:30 pm pickup, we were collected at 4:00 pm. The biggest disappointment was the quad biking experience. Many of the quad bikes appeared to be in poor condition. My son developed a blister on his finger from using the brake, and even one of the guide’s quads broke down on the way back. The guide eventually had to share another customer’s quad to continue. Unfortunately, my son’s quad then broke down and, as we were at the back of the group, we were left alone in the desert until the guides realised and returned. This was concerning and could have been handled much better. The quad bike session was advertised as one hour, but due to the delays caused by the faulty bikes, the activity was shortened. The helmets were another issue. They were dirty and covered in sand, and the visors were unusable because they were not properly cleaned. Having clean, well-maintained safety equipment should be a basic expectation. For comparison, I used another company last year and the difference was significant. They were much more professional — they provided head covers before using helmets, cleaned our clothes with an air blower after returning from the desert, and their quad bikes were in much better condition. My suggestion is make sure use two guide one at front and one at the back to guide the tour and use good quality bikes specially while you charging more than the other provider .

It was a very good experience. Everything went as described. Khadija was our guide and she was very kind and helpful. She speaks many languages ​​so if anyone had any questions she always knew the answer. She was very attentive to everyone in the team the whole time. The dinner was very delicious and the fire show was very cool. I highly recommend this program to everyone!!
