Simon made our tour unforgettable. His charm and humor were perfect, and his historical knowledge and comparisons to today were insightful, too. I will say that I booked because the company said "small groups only" and I wouldn't call 14 people a small group by any stretch of the imagination. That said, Simon expertly navigated us around Paris, making sure we were all safe and comfortable. Thanks Simon! When we come back to Paris, we will be sure to let you know.

This bike tour was so good 2 years ago, that we did the same tour again. A great way to get a feel of the layout of Paris and Monuments. Ryan was our Guide again and does a fantastic job of providing information and history of various sites. Great tour to book your first day in Paris if you have never been there before.

Simon is a great guide. We were on a private tour. He took us everywhere we wanted to go, and was very nice the whole time. He knows the history well and makes a good vibe the whole tour. Highly Recommended!

We had an amazing private family bike tour with Simon. He expertly led us through the Paris traffic and told us many historical stories that we all loved. Definitely recommend this as an experience in Paris for teenage kids.

Great first-day excursion in busy Paris, and a terrific way to orient ourselves ahead of a week of sightseeing. The tour was leisurely paced, and we felt safe navigating through traffic. Our guide, Ryan, was excellent -- funny, full of stories, and great at making the history come alive. In addition to all the famous sites, we especially liked how he pointed out the "Invader" mosaics all around town. We also appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and hearty cappuchinos at the coffeehouse where the tour launches. Well worth the price.

This was such a fun way to see the city. We only had a few days and Paris and booked this for our first day to see the highlights and get a feel for the city. Our guide, Hannah, was very knowledgeable and made us feel safe and welcome. We got breakfast at the cafe before the start and stopped part way for a snack in a cute square to rest and refuel, in case you kids need to eats hourly like mine ;). I would recommend this to anyone with even a basic level of biking ability. Our whole family really enjoyed this experience!

We took the Monument tour by bike. We really got to see all the classic Parisian sites in 4 hours. Our guide Rachel (also known as Bob), was very nice and well read. This day there were a lot of tourists in Paris, which made it challenging to keep the group together safely. Hence the slightly longer time for the excursion than expected. Don’t miss a coffee at Le Peloton Café. Recommend to see Paris by bike and then absolutely with BikeAboutTours.

Ryan was an incredible tour guide! Our family of four, kids 7 and 10, has an amazing time and loved seeing the city by bike before exploring it more in-depth on foot. Ryan is a gifted storyteller and knowledgeable historian. It is a fantastic city to navigate by bike with bike lanes and pathways many places. Now we are just trying to figure out how to squeeze in another bike tour with him when we are back in Paris later this month! We will be back! Merci beaucoup!
