Når du er inde i Skylon Tower, vil du stige 520 meter i en glaslift til observationsdækket, hvor du vil blive behandlet til en utrolig, fugle-eye udsigt over alle tre Niagara Falls (Bridal Veil Falls, Horseshoe Falls og den amerikanske Falls), samt Niagara River og det omkringliggende område. We had an excellent experience. I certainly would recommend the tour. The day goes so much smoother with the guide.
That Viators is very disorganized. We could not find our meeting place-poorly described by viator. Suggest you book with someone else.
We had a great time and our tour guide was knowledgeable and lots of fun! I booked this tour for my mother and I and unfortunately, I did not realize this was a walking tour. My mother has been having knee issues, so all of the walking was too much for her, so opted out of the boat cruise. The only suggestion I have would be better directions for meeting the guide - he was not in a black polo, none of them were, he was in white - we located him inside the Skylon Tower.
I enjoyed the Niagara Falls tour. No problems at all. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. It was fun. Great job!
Our tour guide was awesome, he told us to call him Buns. He made sure to include everyone in the information he was giving us and all 10 of us made it to where we needed to be lol. They give you ponchos for behind the waterfall tour and the cruise but you will still get soaked so I would suggest to bring your own rain jacket or whole suit for the cruise.
This tour was a good time. Be advised lots of walking so wear your best walking shoes and be prepared to get your steps in!!! Getting to skip the ticket line was nice. Our tour guide Kevin was very kind and enthusiastic about his job! He knew a lot of Niagara Falls history facts and was eager to share them with us. He encouraged the group to ask questions and was excited to answer them. Thank you Kevin and great job!!! The only suggestions I have is for the company. When we were waiting for our guide one of the other guides asked us what our guides name was and I never received any correspondence from See Sights about our tour guides name. Indicating the name of the individual tour guide in the confirmation page would be helpful information to include if possible. 🙂
this covers all angles of Niagara falls, it includes de skylon tower, journey behind the falls, AND the niagara falls boat ride, its amazing, but you will walk… a lot!! be prepared to go over your daily steps!
I have been on quire a few tours and learned that the most important part of the experience is the quality of the guide. Alisha was phenomenal. She (it was her birthday)was passionate, energetic, knowledgeable, personable, and cognizant of her groups needs. She gave insightful tips and suggestions on how to maximize the experience. It was fairly crowded and we were able to bypass some of the lines which gave us more time to enjoy the beauly and magnificence of one of the wonders of North America. Alisha's charisma was obvious as numerous people, store owners, and other guide wished her happy birthday and said hello. Even the local wildlife were her friends. At the end of the tour, she made sure we knew how to get to our next destination safely. Well done!!
Alisha guiding on her birthday with that level of passion, energy and genuine care for her group is something else entirely, and the fact that store owners, other guides and apparently the local wildlife all wanted to wish her well says everything about the kind of presence she brings. 🎂 Those practical tips, the line bypasses, and making sure everyone knew where to head next safely are exactly the details that separate a memorable guide from an exceptional one. I’ve taken numerous Viator tours and have enjoyed all of them until this one. More walking than a tour. It’s almost all self guided. The tour at the top of the tower was totally self guided and we spent 30 minutes waiting for elevators only to have 5 minutes at the top. Behind the falls portion was again totally self guided, again spending 20-30 minutes in line only to have about 10 minutes behind the falls. Then we walked to the boat excursion and the guide left us…did not get on the boat. So total of about 4 hours…45 min of actual touring (including a 30 mjnute boat ride) and 3.75 hours of walking and waiting in line. This was basically totally self guided and not much history shared. Some but not much. Tour guide was ok but the tour itself didn’t give him much to work with. I should have done these three things on my own and saved some money. Would not recommend for the price.

This venue is very large with so much to explore. The only thing I might add would be to have a commercial trolley or some kind of vehicle to transport around. As an elderly individual to walking was a bit much. Again I did nor know this venue was as large.
