I was so worried trying to arrange transportation for my family in LA. Reading reviews of the top shuttle companies was stressful—so many people had nightmares with cancellations, late pickups, hidden fees, etc. With nine of us, Uber wasn’t really an option because of cost, and splitting the group just didn’t make sense. Then I found ADA Pro on TripAdvisor. They didn’t have many reviews, which made me a little nervous, but the ones they had were glowing, so I decided to give them a try. I couldn’t have been happier! From start to finish, everything was perfect. At LAX, they were right there waiting for us and even messaged as soon as our plane landed. The shuttle was clean and professional, and our driver was friendly and super helpful. They took us to our hotel in Anaheim, and a couple days later, picked us up and got us to our cruise drop-off in Long Beach without a hitch. On time, no delays. From start to finish, I couldn’t have been more impressed. Reliable, friendly, and professional service at a competitive price—A++! I would HIGHLY recommend ADA Pro to anyone looking for a stress-free shuttle experience.
