For solopgang på Angkor Wat, skal du ankomme godt før 5 om morgenen for at sikre et synspunkt og fange tempelets ikoniske silhuet som himlen overgår fra dyb lilla til gyldne nuancer. Den mest populære udsigtspunkt er ved kanten af den nordlige reflekterende pool, hvor du kan få det klassiske spejlbillede af de fem tårne.
Det var det sidste statstempel, der blev bygget i Angkor, og det eneste, der primært var buddhistisk, selv om det senere gennemgik ændringer, der afspejlede hinduismen og Theravada-buddhismen.
Ta Prohm er et buddhistisk tempel fra det 12. århundrede i Angkor-regionen i Cambodja, berømt for at være overvokset af junglen. I modsætning til mange andre templer i parken blev den bevidst efterladt i sin naturlige tilstand, med massive trærødder, der drejer sig om gamle stenstrukturer.
Banteay Kdei er også kendt som "citadellet af munkens celler". Den er delvist overvokset med tårnhøje, sinus træer. Silke bomuld træ rødder væve deres vej gennem stenene i de ødelagte vægge er en berømt smuk syn.

We had an amazing experience with a tour of Angkor Wat, nothing was to much trouble for our guide. So much so that we did other excursions with him such as seeing elephants and Phnom Kulen waterfalls. I would 100% recommend for good quality, authentic feel and competitive prices.

Bross is a very experienced prudent polite and attentive guidebook. One notices in his explanations his deep love for his home country. He told us very extensively but very understandably about the temples and history of Cambodia. For questions from us he always had the right answer.

We had an unforgettable day at Angkor Wat with our guide Bross! He knew a lot about the history and the places we visited. He is friendly, always smiling and joking, competent and well versed. What a day!!! Sophrom was outstanding. Took us where ever we wanted. Absolutely a highlight for us in Cambodia. We went to houses on stilts and 2 silk farms - WOW! 10/10, highly recommend. Also stopped where ever we wanted (shopping a cold beer!) Thank you Sophrom!!!

The tour was very pleasant for us, our manager explained everything clearly in a perfect German, much to our surprise. You can immediately tell that he is not running after the money, but wants to bring a Kambotsha closer to Ankor Wat. Very personal and valuable to us.
