It was an amazing evening. The vegetable soup is gluten-free, but the reindeer meat soup is not. The vegetable soup is delicious. It's fun and informative

Well organized and fun beyond expectations, even for my 3 teenagers. The reindeer are really nice, and we were lucky with gusts of Northern Lights! We are impressed with the Sami explanation, thanks for everything we learned, the beautiful yolk singing and the good food. Successful outing!

A beautiful Norwegian experience which was so well organised. Loved to hear about the Sami and the reindeer were so friendly. We were also so lucky to see the aurora.

You get to visit one of the Sami reindeers herders' village and learn about them first hand. Reindeers are super cute (and extremely photogenic) and so the experience is really fun. Snacks and the main course are a pleasant addition. Highly recommend.

Got to pet reindeer and feed them. Talked a lot about Sami culture. Was a nice bus ride with comfortable seating.

Zero late policy. We were 4 minutes late due to traffic and tried to meet and contact tour operator. No contact. We were so sad this was our valentines date.
First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies. We are truly very sorry that this was the experience you had with us, especially on Valentine’s Day. This is absolutely not the kind of memory we want our guests to leave with, and we genuinely regret the disappointment you felt. We understand how upsetting it must have been to arrive and not be able to join the tour. As outlined in our booking information, we kindly ask all guests to meet 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for check-in. The bus must depart exactly at the tour’s scheduled time, as we operate on a very strict timetable. Living and operating in the Arctic means that winter road conditions can be unpredictable and challenging. For everyone’s safety, our drivers must take extra care while driving, and in order to complete the tour safely and on time, we have to adhere strictly to the schedule. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to delay departures, even by a few minutes. That said, we are truly sorry that this policy impacted your experience and caused you frustration. We never wish for punctuality requirements to feel like a lack of understanding, and we are genuinely sorry that this situation affected your special evening. We sincerely hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the wonderful experience we always strive to deliver.
Large group of people waiting at the meeting point without clear instructions. there was another group of people feeding the reindeer before us, I believe the reindeer were full and walk away from us very soon, there were more people inside than reindeer. It was boring during dinner as the share of Sami culture was after dinner. Good thing is you can see the reindeer closely & the share of Sami culture is interesting.

We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations, this is not the standard we want our guests to experience. We strive to provide an enjoyable experience from start to finish, but it’s clear we fell short in your case. We run tours three times a day with a maximum of 100 guests per tour, and we carefully manage the food given to the reindeer to ensure they are not overfed. However, it seems that in your tour this may not have worked as intended, and we will address this with our camp management to prevent such issues in the future. We are also sorry that the sharing of Sámi culture seemed less engaging for you. We will work with our guide to improve the presentation so that it is more captivating and informative for all guests. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again, providing a much better and more enjoyable experience.
Could not find tour guide outside Radison Blu where told to meet. We were there at 1740, walked a block in either direction and waited in cold for 40 min, then gave up. Will cancel payment on card.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced while trying to meet your guide. We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait in the cold and miss the tour. After investigating, we found that our guide arrived at the meeting point 15 minutes early, wearing a blue poncho to be clearly visible, and made phone calls to the number provided. Unfortunately, no response was received. Upon arrival, guides also announce that check-in is starting for the reindeer feeding and sledding tour. It is possible there was some confusion about the meeting location, which may have led to the impression that the guide did not show up. We truly regret that this situation prevented you from joining the tour. We take all feedback seriously and will continue to improve our communication and check-in procedures to ensure this does not happen in the future. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on a future tour under better circumstances.
