Udover at være den bedste tur til at akklimatisere sig til højden, er Piedras Rojas den mest komplette tur i San Pedro. Besøg de røde sten, lavaformationer og oxideret aske ved siden af Salar de Talar
Besøg Miscanti- og Meniques-lagunerne, to dybblå søer omgivet af fem vulkaner. Der er en kort gåtur rundt om begge søer med observation af den lokale fauna.
Besøg Chaxa-lagunen i flamingoreservatet midt i Salar de Atacama. Der tages en kort gåtur inde i saltfladen for at observere flamingoernes mikrobakterier og næringsstoffer. Det sted herskes af fred og stilhed. Se flamingoerne flyve foran bjergkæden og vulkanerne i fuldstændig stilhed.

Passagerafhentning vil blive koordineret af guiden via en WhatsApp-gruppe. Guiden deler din placering i realtid og informerer dig om afhentningsordren fra hotellerne. Ved afslutningen af turen vil chaufføren sætte passagererne af på Gustave le Paige-gaden, 300 meter fra San Pedro de Atacama-pladsen. Gæster bedes være opmærksomme på WhatsApp-gruppen og vente på varevognen ved hoteldøren, når den nærmer sig.

Very good tour, good guide (Sergio) and passionate about what he explains. Good breakfast and lunch included. It is a tour that you cannot miss if you go to Atacama. As a point for improvement, it would be good to send the hotel pickup order and estimated time well in advance, since it is very early and sometimes you have to wait 30 minutes at the accommodation.
It is an incredible experience. Bring plenty of water and clothes for the cold. The café could change some flavors because we did 4 tours and the meals were the same.

Everything was excellent. We had a very good experience with the agency. We did all the tours with them. Wonderful place. It is a 10 out of 10 service. I want to especially thank Samuel, who was our guide for most of the tours and is the best. Super professional, attentive! And also to Daniel who was our driver, he drove super professionally and at no time did we feel sick from the altitude. The meals were also very delicious. 100% recommended. Thank you very much for everything❤️

The horizon tourism is a great agency, super attentive and everything is easily resolved by whatsapp (neither were we at the agency). We left with all the tours already closed from Brazil and we did not regret it! Even I was able to change a ride because the road was closed in the day! The drivers are excellent and the food wonderful! The only suggestion would be to put fewer people in the Van ( suddenly charging a little more expensive to be able to operate this way) since on one of the tours my husband was all squeezed and the routes are all long and uncomfortable! The backbands are very uncomfortable (but there are people who don't connect or only find out later). So if you care about comfort and be the last hotel to get caught on the journey, you risk getting in the worst place in the van! Another positive thing is that they make groups of each tour and share the guide's location and arrival order in the hotels (which avoids long waits from other travellers

Without a doubt one of the best agencies of San Pedro de Atacama, sensational service. Amazing guides, super welcoming and with a unique knowledge. Punctual Vans in relation to the time of picking up tourists in their hotels. Experienced and cautious drivers as well. All we have to do is praise the service, service and support from Horizonte Turismo. My family loved all the tours, it's hard to decide which one was the best.

I participated in the Piedras Rojas Tour today and had a very nice day! Ivan, our guide, was very dedicated and possesses an incredible amount of knowledge. You could really tell that he is passionate about his job and wants to share the beautiful nature and the associated knowledge with us. The food was excellent and definitely worth spending a little more money to choose a reputable company. The vehicle was also modern, and the driver drove well. Thank you for everything, and keep it up!

I have done 9 tours with this agency. We had 3 guides (Sergio, Samuel, and Nicolas), and two of the tours were self-guided - just with a driver (the Astronomical tour and Puritama). All three of them took great care of the group, answered our questions, and shared plenty of details about both the Atacama and Chile in general. We do have a slightly wider smile for Samuel :) but that’s just a purely personal preference. All three were extraordinary. The drivers from Horizonte also deserve a special shout-out: they drive carefully and are sharp right from the early hours of the morning (4,30 AM); even after 8–10 hours, when the sun is high up, they are just as fresh. Hats off to them. We send a special greeting to Daniel. In conclusion: there are many agencies in San Pedro de Atacama, but many are unreliable (we are still waiting today for an answer that was supposed to take a few hours, and we’ve already been back home for 5 days...), and there are many drivers, but by the time you reach the points of interest, you can barely get off the bus because you feel so sick (we saw this with our own eyes). You get rushed through the desert as if enemies are chasing you from behind. That is not the case with Horizonte. This is exactly why I wrote such a long review: nowadays, with the way things are, a company that does its job right and puts you, the Client, at the center of attention is unfortunately no longer a common thing. All the best, and you should definitely trust them with your trip! Have a great vacation!

The tour was great. The guides are very friendly and interesting. The pickup up at the hôtel in the morning is on time and well organised. Safe drivers as well. I was very happy to have chosen this tour.
