If you're looking to book with these people make sure your means of commute is certain and you don't get sick last minute because they have no sympathy nor empthaty despite you calling to change reservations 24 to 36 hours before.Is either no answer or they promise you a refund or other to which you won't get then continuous back and forth between the site you book with and the actual merchant.I didn't get insurance because I was certain i am going but life happens and I called to reschedule not cancel and now I'm still without that money and I didn't get that experience smh

You should know that all refunds are secured through Viator, and we will honor all valid refund requests with communication from the passernger. Please submit a refund request to Viator that notes the date and time of the tour you were prevented from taking, and we will honor that request. You should also know that once you have a tour voucher for Rainbow Air, there is no expiration on that voucher within the calendar year. We do not do specifically timed departures, so we honor a longer window of opportunity for tickets that are not used. A reservation with Rainbow Air is made so we know the preferred time of departure for a guest, but we do not guarantee a specific time; guests fly on a first-come, first-served basis. If we cannot fly because of weather, guests can reschedule with us at no additional cost. We generally get contact information from people so we can notify them of changes that will allow us to fly, and confirm their availability. We apologize for this stuation, and we will do all that we can to make it right for you.
This was a great experience. Our 13 year old grandson’s birthday trip! Friendly staff, very informative, and truly nice!! So exciting to see the falls from above… beautiful area.
I saw beautiful views of the water falls. It was neat seeing the falls in the air. It was a different experience seeing Niagara Falls.
Great views and very friendly staff. The only disappointment was that it is advertised as 1 - 1 hr 30 min. The ride is only ABOUT 15 mins. Very disappointing (time wise) for the price. Otherwise it was a memorable experience.
All the staff from the front desk to the pilots were very professional and kind. The experience of seeing Niagra from the helicopter was exciting as it was humbling. I highly recommend the Rainbow helicopter tour to everyone.
It goes without saying that a helicopter trip over Niagara Falls was going to be something special for my grandchildren. And it was. However, the best thing was how we were retreated from the moment we walked in by the various staff members we encountered in our adventure. The people at rainbow were the kindest and nicest people we encountered on our trip to Niagara Falls. They had a passion for making sure the customers were happy and a love for helicopters in general that really showed through. The new facility is beautiful and gave the kids other things to do. The VR ride was the best one they ever did. Thank you for making our last morning. Niagara Falls a great one.
Unable to do tour due to cloudy weather conditions. Kept telling us to call back later to check, multiple calls later, finally they said try tomorrow but we had to leave so we just received a full refund.
It was amazing. The staff were very helpful and knew what they were doing. The sight from up in the air were breathtaking. I will do it again.
The views are incredible!! The weather was perfect; sunny with minimal clouds. Facility staff were all incredibly helpful and provided any information that we asked for. One star was removed only because there were no radio-headsets. It would have been great to have the captain provide fliers with information about Niagara Falls and the area while we were in the air.
We stayed at the Courtyard down the street where we looked up and could see the helicopter go by... boom sold!!! Breath taking views from the air.. my gals went on this ride split in a few rides as there were a dozen of us, but i'm telling you no matter how you see it, it's pure magic. Mike the pilot was so professional and gave us a sense of calm before our flight, and the route he took showed us both sides of the boarder which we were not expecting!!! Add in the VR Experience was so much fun!!!
