We had a great experience! Highly recommend for a quick informational Tour around town. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Being in the vintage car was super fun, too. Only recommendation would be maybe a little microphone or amplifier as it was often a little hard to hear with traffic around town.
First let me begin by stating that the guide was superb, well knowledgeable and interesting history of Querétaro with rich details. Though I think we passed rather quickly by the points of interest. Saying this, I booked my train station guide for 9am. I arrived at the time on the meeting location and the agency was closed. Had to call the support center for information, they said it left earlier and sent the guide 30 minutes late. The next frustration I had was when we got to the main point of interest of our route: the station. IT WAS CLOSED! How can you sell a ticket to have a guide on the train station when you cannot even get to it? We stayed outside for a little while to stretch our legs then got back to touring the churches until we got to the starting point. So we missed the history of the train station. J think either they could sell tickets when the station was opened or combine with the station's staff to open for guide tourists. Thus, the guide was a bit rushed on the churches and we weren't even able to visit the train station. I guess I'll have to get back to it on my own some other time. My advise for goers: the trip is beautiful and the car is charming. The guide knows his history, but please, pay attention to the time of your tickets and whether the destination is open on the time you choose.
The business was easy to find. Carlos was ready for us. Thankfully for us he spoke English beautifully. He was so knowledgeable and was not only able to tell us about the sites, but also answer all of our random questions.
Enjoyable, love the history and the car ride. Our guide very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Very guide to his business and very relevant information we recommend this activity on the old town of Queratero
Carlos was a fantastic tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, providing insight about the history of the area. This is a great way to see the city - highly recommend!
Great tour. Carlos was a wonderful guide! It was a great way to get to know Queretaro centro, and we learned a lot about the city's history. Thank you!
Although full of historical information, the presentation was dry. The guide was obviously well versed on the history of Queretaro and Mexico, he spoke very rapidly trying to get in as much information as possible. In fairness, I should have slowed him down. By not doing so, we lost interest. Except for the Aqueduct. There, our tour guide became much more interesting and animated.
Got lost on way to pick up site :) but guide Charlie waited for us, very knowledgeable guide, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Ford model T car concept was unique!
Our tour of the Aqueducts and city was quite informative. Carlos was our driver and his insight into the city brought so much of Queretaro's history alive. There are various tours available and we will take others when we return.
