Useless booking experience. Waste of time, just book direct from the Palace. App is useless, supplier/ticket reseller didn't respond, received cancellation the day of our visit. Go direct. Useless.
I booked the entrance ticket but never was received, so I had to ask for refund. I hope I'll have my money back

The process went 1a, ticket was there on time! The location is absolutely overwhelming! A must for visiting Abu Dhabi!
My entrance ticket didn't arrive on time. The tour operator couldn't be reached by phone and didn't respond to WhatsApp. It took several hours for an email via Tripadvisor to get a response. So I only received the entrance ticket one hour before Qasr al Watan opened. That was particularly annoying, as it can't be assumed that everyone has a local SIM card and can be reached via the Internet at all times. Visiting Qasr al Watan is definitely a must-do

Wow! Every detail of this building is amazing. From the expansive outside grounds, your breath is taken away as the door opens to the great hall. We enjoyed the exhibits and learning about the UAE government. Highly recommend.

The palace is absolutely worth seeing. It is used for state receptions, among other things. Allow around 2.5 hours. It is a must-see.

Seeing is believing, and the sculpture is indescribable. I asked TA to only buy the admission ticket, but it might have been better to ask for a one-day Abu Dhabi tour, for example, that included a visit to the Grand Mosque.
