The instructions on where to find the driver when we got off the airplane was very confusing. I kept trying to call and I got hung up on multiple times. The driver we had going to our resort and back was the same person. He drive absolutely terrible, went crazy fast, rode people's bumpers and made scary maneuvers through traffic. We had a big group if family and friends. We asked him to drive slow and he did not. I would never book with them if your families safety is important to you.
Loved this service. Made the whole process to getting to and from the airport nice and easy NO STRESS. Drivers were both super nice polite. Great team.
Couldn’t not find them leaving the terminal and they had a tiny cardboard sign and weren’t even looking for us, just playing on their phones. Then charged extra to go to our hotel location since it was slightly further. Driver was fine, except on the way back it was like mad max driving with no lanes or laws. I would recommend a different company next time
We booked our trip from the airport to hotel on viator and it was flawless. We left the return unbooked as we wanted to extend our stay if we could move our flight. When it was time to leave, we booked the day before we were leaving. We used HQT's web site. Other than the confirmation code and receipt, there was no communication. The phone on their web site did not work and they did not respond to whatsapp or email...leaving us unsure if we really had a ride. BUT, they showed up about 15 minutes early and it all worked out. Would use again for sure but would book RT in advance . Ride and drivers were all great.
Reliable and efficient, well organized and very professional staff. Do not remember their names (sorry) but the young man at the desk when you arrive and the driver were both very polite and professional.
Was picked up from airport on time and dropped off would use this service again, and again. I highly recommend.
Very simple process. Much easier than dealing with the pushy taxi drivers at the airport.
Unfortunately, the driver wasn’t at the Punta Cana airport to greet us after our flight arrived. As a result, we had to hire another transportation to the hotel, which cost much more.

Timely and safe trip... driver spoke very little English but was friendly and sociable to us with recommendations on what is close to resort
The driver who brought me to the airport should be fired. He almost hit at least 20 cars and nearly hit a few pedestrians. There was no reason to drive that fast. I was terrified and will never recommend that travelers avoid HQT at all costs.
