Punta Cana: El Dorado Water Park Adgangsbillet med transport

A reasonable experience, but there are many other problems, such as the lack of internet, many activities requiring life jackets even if you know how to swim, the wave pool only produces waves when it wants to, some products out of service, and the price being very high.

My experience at El Dorado was wonderful; it is a very nice place, and my child and I were delighted. Whenever I asked any staff member for directions or anything else, they responded kindly 🤗. I also noticed that the children are safe and everyone is clear because there are people who are attentive. Zoleimy, who assisted me with the reservation, was exceptional—very kind and provided excellent service, 100/10!!!🤗

Overall a good day but limited transport options - it’s one ride there, and one ride back. So if you don’t want to spend 7 hours at the park, just use a taxi service which was only 5 dollars each way to Cap Cana resorts. You cannot even bring water into the park let alone your own food! That’s pretty bad in my opinion. You shouldn’t be made to purchase water whilst in the park for 7 hours! It’s just a cash cow for the owners and leaves a bad taste for the customers, hence a 3 star review. Really there are only 6 adult slides and a zip wire for rides, so do you really need to spend 7 hours here if using the parks own transportation included in the ticket?! Again, just seems like they want to keep you captive to purchase refreshments for the duration. If you want to experience the wave pool on top of the rides, you can do this but after one round of waves for 10 minutes, and the lazy river which maybe takes 15 minutes for a circuit, that’s it for the day really. You don’t need to be here anymore as you’ve covered all the experiences. It could have been much better if you didn’t feel imprisoned to spend on top of the £100 each for what is really a 3-4 hour day. This may explain why the park is like a ghost town (no queuing whatsoever!) as it is overpriced for what you get. Shame really as there’s much better value attractions to experience in Punta Cana.

I had the absolute best time here with my husband and friends! It’s an experience you definitely cannot miss. There is so much to do and it’s incredibly fun. Make sure to bring sunscreen and water shoes! You'll need them. The staff was super friendly the entire time. A special shout-out to Luisa Carry for her excellent service and for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back!

The waterpark was not large compared to many of the waterparks you'd find in the U.S., but the park hand a combination of popular, commonly found rides along with some unique experiences. The park itself had a Maya theme to it and the queues to the rides had a unique "cave-like" architectural build versus the typical industrial, cattle-chute approach you see in a typical U.S. park. There were some kayak areas, both in a small lake area and a contained, constructed area with a lagoon feel. Also, the park was not heavily patronized, affording us the opportunity to ride everything multiple times.

Lots of seating and things to do. You were able to stay busy the whole day. It was not crowded at all considering it was a Friday! Hardly any wait for the activities. The photographers took amazing pictures, I definitely recommend buying the photo package right when you arrive. It was a bit difficult communicating with the staff, only a select few could speak English. Other staff members would have to use translation apps so it was a bit of a barrier but no issue at all. They had lot of signage and announcements in English letting you know when the park was closing. The transportation was on time and efficient! Definitely bring a pair of water shoes or Crocs to wear while at the activities. The pavement was quite warm and could burn your feet while walking around!

It truly was a wonderful experience; everything was more than enough, and all the staff were super nice to us. However, I want to personally thank a girl named Carmin; her attention was excellent, she literally made us feel like we were the kings of the park, always keeping an eye on us and assisting us even with the smallest details. Without a doubt, she helped make our experience very satisfying.

Amazing park and very friendly staff all the rides are good with no queuing, very clean and Gabriel at the first desk made out stay more personalised as we were here for a 30th birthday.

Super fun water park, very beautiful, and very new. Excellent food at reasonable prices (around $13 for a poke bowl or a burger). Don't forget your pool shoes (that fit well) because the ground is very hot ;)
