It was a very nice experience. Everyone was friendly, it felt safe at all time with the buggies. Three stops at the ranch, the Macao beach and the Cenote. The only issue is that everywhere you go people try to sell you something that's overpriced. But overall the team was great! And the photos really worth buying.

Your company took my booking, full payment and all my details 3-4 months ago. Less than 24 hours before our trip they cancelled on us due to our hotel being too far for them to pick us up, despite all the details being added upon booking. This was through Viator so I’m really surprised. So far, no refund has been provided.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused especially with the cancellation happening so close to your scheduled tour date. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been. Please note that when bookings are made through Viator, pickup logistics and hotel zones are sometimes automatically accepted by the platform, and in rare cases, distance limitations are only flagged when routes are finalized. That said, this is not the experience we want any guest to have.
The hosta were very helpful and friendly. Extra muddy and fun as hell. Would so recommend this excursion if you're into mudding. Punta Cana 2026

I had a blast!!! You will get very muddy beware lol but you get a real bang for your buck. Omega was the BEST TOUR GUIDE. Super accommodating and cooollllll. Cappuccino is an amazing photographer and he is so fun. When we got back Dario was so nice and helpful. Book ! The transportation was so nice they even had a hiccup finding us and didn’t leave us .

Had a nice time going on the trails. Bring a bandana and sunglasses for the dirt and mud. You definitely don’t need water shoes but can bring if you would like. Very nice experience for the price.

It was the best Punta Cana experience without a doubt I will come back and made many excursions but it is certainly the best Service is VIP the guide Dariel is the best of everything!!!!
