Stop 1: Naturlig hule med krystalklart vand Dyk ned i en forfriskende oplevelse i en skjult hule omgivet af naturen. Her kan du svømme i det kolde, krystalklare vand – perfekt til uforglemmelige billeder og magiske øjeblikke. Det er et ideelt sted at afbryde forbindelsen og nyde en ren, naturlig miljø.
Stop 3: Macao Beach Vi afslutter turen med et highlight - en af de smukkeste og uberørte strande i Punta Cana: Macao Beach. Her kan du slappe af, gå en tur langs kysten eller bare nyde det fantastiske karibiske landskab. Du vil også have tid til fotos, og hvis du vil, kan du købe en drink eller snack lige ved havet.
Stop 2: Det traditionelle dominikanske hus Oplev et kulturelt øjeblik i et autentisk dominikansk landligt hjem. I booked an excursion with this company in Punta Cana to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was meant to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, it turned into a complete waste of time and money. We were given a confirmed pickup time at our resort. We were ready early and waited in the designated area. No one ever showed up. No call. No text. No message. Nothing. After waiting well past the pickup window, we tried contacting the company multiple times through every method provided. Responses were nonexistent. There was zero urgency, accountability, or customer care especially unacceptable for a paid, scheduled service. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. This was a birthday plan that could not be replaced last-minute. When you’re on vacation, time is the most valuable thing you have and this company wasted ours completely. What makes this worse is that we are still waiting on a refund for a service that was never provided. At no point did we cancel. They simply failed to show up. There is no justification for holding onto our money. If you’re considering booking with this company, be aware: • Confirmations mean nothing. • Pickup reliability is questionable. • Communication is poor when problems arise. • Refunds are not handled promptly or professionally. There are plenty of excursion companies in Punta Cana. Choose one that values your time, your money, and your experience. Unfortunately, this one does not. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially for special occasions.

Unfortunately, on the day of your scheduled tour, we experienced an unexpected system failure that affected our communication and dispatch operations. This issue caused serious disruptions, including missed pickups and delayed responses, which is absolutely not the standard of service we strive to provide. While this explains what happened, we fully acknowledge that it does not undo the inconvenience or disappointment you experienced. For that, we offer our sincerest apologies. We take full responsibility for this failure and have already taken corrective steps to ensure this does not happen again. We genuinely regret that your celebration was impacted and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. Everything was nice. The cave was just very crowded. Couldn’t get an opportunity to get in, but we definitely enjoyed everything other than that.
