As we got to get line they informed us that we had to pay another $27 extra otherwise they would not give us service. Had no choice to pay for them to take us to the hotel. My question is if cost more how come we weren’t charge from the beginning. This should be round trip. Is it going to be same problem? Are we going to get service back to airport?

Our hotel what listed on any of the “zones” lists for PVR. I looked it up online and it said Zone 2, so that’s what I booked. At the airport, the company said it was another zone and charged us more. They could have set the price at whatever they wanted and we had no choice. I’d already prepaid. Also, it isn’t a shuttle as advertised. It’s just a regular car. On the return trip, they were late and came in an actual taxi. Just book a taxi or Uber. This was a ripoff.

They just throw you in a taxi anyways. Just get a taxi instead, its cheaper option in reality. I booked this because I didnt want to use the taxis and wanted to use a reputable name, cost more , but didnt care because I didnt want a taxi, they used taxis to stick me in at 1/2 the cost to them of what I actually paid for. Just FYI. Over paying, especially if more than one person.

Great customer service and have nice rides. The part I don't like where they tell you that you need to meet one of their representatives the next day from 9:00 to 12:00 to set up your return trip back to the airport only to find out they try to sell you excursions and you already killed half your day.
