Puerto Vallarta Jungle Zip-Line Tour og Canopy Adventure

The guys (Jr and the other 4), were super nice and friendly. I wish I could remember all of their names. I did the tour on Sunday at 10:20 AM so hopefully this helps them get recognition. It was fun, exhilarating, and I also laughed so much. I was the only non-native Spanish speaker and my Spanish was so-so. They offered to translate and didn’t make fun of me when my Spanish was inadequate. I’m also a trans male and was only misgendered once by someone not part of of our crew who was a tour guide with another group but I definitely won’t hold it against the group of guys I was with. I’m not sure if they knew or not and if they did (they likely did due to my scars showing from the side of my tank top), they were respectful and affirming. They were also great with the 3 you get kids we had on the tour. I was so impressed with these men.

I went with my mom, my 10 year old son and my 12 year old daughter, we had a great time and the team was fantastic!

My family and I had an incredible day zip lining in one of the most beautiful places we have been in the world! The staff at River Park were amazing! The value of this excursion and experience was a 10/10!! We will be back!!!

Safe and well run. It was my first time and I felt comfortable throughout. Transportation, zip-lining and a 7-course tequila flight all included, just gratuity is not. The lines are 150-300m going 35-60 km/hr. They do have you wait an hour afterwards, but it passes quickly with photo review and tequila tasting. No one used the pool in our group so you probably don’t need a towel or swimsuit. FYI the photos are $70 USD and you don’t have your phone on the course.

Freddie, Daniel, and Louis made this zip line experience so much fun. They were the best and so kind and patient! We did the 8 zip lines. In between, there is a hike to the next zip line… cold icy water at some of the stations! Louis was our photographer- he took amazing g pictures of our adventure. You can view the pictures and buy if you’d like. Leave your AMEX at the hotel- they only take Visa or Mastercard. When you check in be sure to have a picture ID. Our party had 5 people. It was just us! Ages 8-72. Our 8 year old grandson was a warrior zipliner! I would highly recommend this activity if you like to zip line. None of us had ever been on a zip line and we all loved it! We all felt safe with our guides and their knowledge was exceptional! We felt the money we spent was very reasonable and well worth it!! Have fun and enjoy flying on a zip line above rivers and trees. You will love this adventure!!

So good! Daniel and our other tour guide (Alberto?) made it all so easy and fun! I've done a zipline experience before and it felt like it was over too fast. And the tequila tasting was great after too. Some of the most beautiful views!

By far the worst experience i have had in 15 years of travelling to Puerto Vallarta. Please do not believe the reviews. After riding the bus 45 minutes my daughter was humiliated in front of the entire group and refused service. No refund of hundreds I spent and we still had to wait to return to the hotel. They were unprofessional and rude and did nothing to help.

The staff was informative, friendly and reassuring. They provided secure storage for personal belongings.

This was one of the best adventures I’ve had! The staff were incredibly helpful, and our guides,Lancer, Rafa Rios, May, and Alex,made me feel safe and well taken care of the entire time. I even got stuck on the first line, but they reassured me and helped me through it,I knew I was in good hands. I would absolutely do this again when we come back to Puerto Vallarta. This is a MUST!!
