10/10! An unforgettable adventure with breathtaking views, professional guides, and an amazing team. We even lost our phone on the very last zipline, and the staff went above and beyond to retrieve it for us. We’re incredibly grateful for their help and kindness. Highly recommended!
This zip line tour was so much fun! It starts out easy, with a good safety brief and zip line instructions. The whole time I felt safe as the staff are ready to catch you. I’ll never forget the exhilarating joy of flying over the canopy and the river. The zip line is only part of this incredible experience. With waterslides, a petting zoo, and restaurant, this experience was one of my faves.
Great guides that are personable and funny throughout the adventure. Some great distances over the river. We had about 30 people in our tour and these guys are pros at keeping you moving. Need to hike a little between stations so at least be healthy to do that.
A once in a lifetime experience with the best crew! From start to finish the crew at Los Veranos made sure everyone was having a great time. They were so professional in making sure everyone was successful on the many, many ziplines. Their comedic bit at the beginning was hilarious!
I really like the zipline. The team are so professional on there craft. Make it look easy. We had so much fun. I have no expectations but I'm happy and had lots of fun. Setting is lively, they keep you on your toes. They had good pacing on rest stops. Keep wanting more longer zipline.
We had an amazing time at Los Veranos Canopy Tour! The zip lines were long, fast, and had incredible jungle views. The guides were fun, professional, and made us feel safe the whole time. It’s more than just ziplining—we also enjoyed the river, animals, and relaxing after the tour. Transportation takes a bit, but it’s totally worth it. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Puerto Vallarta!
This was one of the highlights of our entire trip. Honestly, it was incredible! My husband, our two boys (15 and 12), our daughter (10), and I had never done anything like this before. We booked online but drove ourselves since we had a rental car and it was close to where we were staying. The group we were supposed to go with got delayed, so we ended up with a private tour with just our family and the guides. The guides made us feel incredibly safe the entire time—every step, every zip line, every platform. You could tell they knew what they were doing and they genuinely cared about making sure everyone felt good. My daughter was nervous but they were so patient and encouraging with her on every line. My boys were pumped the whole time, wanting to try different things, and the guides were totally game for whatever they wanted to do. Everyone loved it. The scenery crossing back and forth over the river is gorgeous. The whole experience took us about an hour moving through all the zip lines. Fair warning—be ready to climb A LOT of stairs. But it's 100% worth it. We couldn't jump in the river at the end because it had rained and the water was brown from runoff, but it didn't matter. The animal rescue center on-site was fantastic. They have monkeys and toucans you can interact with, and the woman who runs it has a PhD in wildlife biology. She talked with us about conservation and the animals—genuinely interesting and special. The restaurant afterwards was pricey but super delicious with great service. They also took photos and GoPro video during the tour—our package was $115 and the quality was excellent. Awesome, fun, memorable day. Can't recommend it enough.
This was great. The money goes far and the staff is super fun. I would say the only thing I wasn't a fan of - the food is not included in the price. The photos can be expensive. $90 USD for about 50 photos, no video.
If I could give us more than five stars, I would! Best zip line adventure with the most entertaining team! Pepe and all were fantastic, and had us laughing and smiling the whole time! Highly recommend!
What an amazing experience. Pepe and his team are amazing. 17 zip lines through the jungles of Puerto Vallarta. It was truly and unforgettable experience. And shoutout to our tour guide Johnnie. He gave the us the history of Puerto Valletta while we make the trip up there.
