Very nice tour where you will look at the surroundings very differently. You will automatically get to the nicest and most beautiful places. Highly recommended!

Great way to spend a morning. Took us around the old part of town, away from the main tourist areas. This is not a tour as it doesn’t tell you about the area but does encourage you to take different routes. My husband & I enjoyed it

Spent a lovely couple of hours wandering round the town with my teenage daughter and finding some cool street art. Saw places we would otherwise have missed. Had great fun finding and solving the clues and spotted some interesting looking places to go back and visit later.

We really enjoyed the Adventure Hunt. It was not too long, and with the option to interrupt it at any time, we could also take advantage of the many opportunities for a drink or tapas at the next bar. Even for us, who have been to Puerto several times, there was still something new to discover on this tour, especially small details that one usually does not notice. The puzzles were varied and had a pleasant level of difficulty, neither too easy nor frustratingly hard. For each puzzle, there is the option to report changes or issues. Just a few hours after such a report, we received a response. Such a response time is rare. All in all, it was an entertaining little tour through Puerto that is worth the money.

Me and my 7 year old daughter have just completed this adventure hunt around Puerto de la Cruz and had such a lovely time! It was so much fun and such a brilliant way to explore this beautiful place. The hunt took us a good few hours, with plenty of stops along the way for food and drinks, which made for a really enjoyable evening out. Everything was well thought out and kept us engaged throughout. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A huge thank you to the creators 💜

Loved this! Such a fun little activity to see the surroundings, learn some of the history and enjoy yourself in Puerto de la Cruz. Highlights include the figurines and faces/masks dotted around the town, as well as some spectacular views by the seaside

Complicated login, the system froze several times, some questions impossible, took five hours instead of two. But we had fun. Good idea, messed up technique.
Hi, we are really sorry you had issues today. We will look into the diagnostics and see if we can work out why you had problems. We are always looking to improve and resolve issues as they are reported. Our app is updated every 3-4 months and is tested extensively but the team before it is released, so its unusual for people to have issues, but we do understand that on some devices there can be issues we haven´t anticipated, so we will look to learn from the challenges you experienced to improve the app going forward. The login process is generally really simple for everyone - you enter your booking reference and email address once - that´s it. If you come back to the app after a break, the app remembers your previous login and you can simply tap a button to login again with the same details. I will check to see that these functions were working for you. We keep a close eye on the difficulty of all of our puzzles, and make sure that the average number of attempts people are taking is 2-3 at most. Over the last 3 months Street Art is averaging 1.7 attempts per clue and the normal route is at 1.8, so both are around what we aim for. Again, apologies that Adventure Hunt wasn´t a great experience for you, we will do our best to learn and improve from your comments. We hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday.
A great way to experience Puerto de la Cruz. Interesting, fun, and active. Would do it again and highly recommend!
