We could not find your companies representative, so we wind up buying ticket with another company it was three other companies beside your company on the side with their representatives

The bus driver was very nice, but the frequency of the tour is not dependable like the Hop-on Hop-off in Mexico City.

It was a school visit for tourism students that was booked and liquidated three days before arrival and they did not validate the purchase, they wasted our time and even wanted to charge us again for the service because the manager did not answer messages or calls from the staff, this was due to Although they were given the payment receipt validated with QR, capture of the charge to the card, bank account statement and WhatsApp messages from when the purchase was made. We will continue taking academic trips but we will reconsider hiring another company. The positive thing was that the boys understood the importance of good customer service due to the lack of it, this experience will surely make them better professionals in the field of hospitality.
En ocasiones existen agencias fantasma en línea que venden diferentes actividades y al presentarse el pasajero, su reserva no está en sistema, a pesar de que presentan su forma de pago. We had to wait more than an hour to get picked up. I called several times and even open a ticket through chat. The other companies were coming every 20-30 minutes but not this one. We lost a dinner reservation!

I went on this tour on a while and do not regret the decision. Although I had only an hour to city the beautiful city of Puebla because I arrived from Veracruz that day and the traffic was quite heavy, it was a very delightful tour. I got to see the most important sites (for me) including the Loreto Forts, the side of the Battle of 5 de Mayo under the commander of Gen. Ignacio Zaragoza. But beyond the beautiful sites were also the beautiful people I came across--like the ticket lady who told me where to get off the bus in order to catch my bus back to Veracruz; the tour bus driver who stopped at that stop to let me off the bus and also told me on which part of the street I must stand in order to catch the right taxi or bus to the Central bus station; the security lady at that bus station who did not only help me buy my ticket to get on the city transit bus that would drop me off next to the central bus station, but also helped me to get on that transit bus when it arrived. Thanks to her and the tour bus driver actions, I was able to make it to the Veracruz bus station and get on my bus with 3 minutes to spare. They are just some of the few Mexicans who went out of their way to make my visit to Mexico so pleasant. Of course, it helped that I speak the language fluently, but I am sure those people would have provided the exact same help to non-Spanish speakers. I strongly recommend visiting Puebla if you ever find yourself in México because the city is so beautiful and full of history.

Nice way to see the city but it’s not a hop on/hop off like other tours. You only get off once for 10 min.

This is a good tour to see the city. My only issue is the speaker in Spanish was so loud is was difficult to hear the English on the ear buds

This tour is worth it as it is quite inexpensive but it is not a traditional hop off and hop off tour. It is a one hour bus tour of one part of the city. We have taken hop off hop off tours in many countries and cities and expect to spend a full day. This is not one of those types of tours
