The tasting was conducted professionally and explained very clearly. A very good product that I can only recommend for purchase. There should be the right Cartizze / Prosecco for every taste.

Excellent preparation and attention to detail
Super interesting and enriching experience! We participated in the tasting of prosecco with appetizers, without a tour because unfortunately it was raining and the vineyard was not usable. During the tasting we were given a lot of information about the winery, the product and especially how to recognize a good prosecco and the varieties available. Cartizze is the most niche area for Valdobbiadene prosecco. Their production is entirely organic, from the cultivation of vines to treatments. I absolutely recommend visiting this area and, even more, participating in the tasting offered by the PDC Cartizze winery: innovative and above all stimulating. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable, offering us an unparalleled experience. Thanks again for the hospitality.
