Jeg er en andengenerations trøffeljæger i min familie, som elsker at møde nye mennesker og fortælle dem alt om trøfler. Min dejlige hund og jeg skal vise jer, hvordan trøffeljagt ser ud - ja, hun skal vise jer, hvordan det her ser ud. Jeg vil fortælle dig, hvornår og hvor trøfler vokser, hvilke typer trøfler vi kan finde i slovenske Istrien, som er de grundlæggende betingelser for deres vækst, hvornår søger vi efter trøfler, hvordan træner vi en trøffeljagthund og meget mere ! Efter at have hørt så meget om disse lækre madvarer, vil du helt sikkert også have lyst til at spise nogle trøfler, derfor følger et trøffelbaseret måltid. We had a very special experience together with Sara and her sweet dog Liza. From the first moment you can feel the passion and love that Sara puts into what she does. The activity takes place in a picturesque grove in Slovenia, where you have the opportunity to participate in first person in the search for truffles. Sara explains everything with great patience and competence: what is the truffle, how it grows, and above all the fundamental role of dogs in this fascinating tradition. It is not a simple demonstration, but a real practical and engaging experience. But it doesn't end there. After research, Sara welcomed us to her home for an amazing tasting. Being an expert in truffle processing, she made us taste delicious dishes, including a truffle pasta that we still remember with enthusiasm. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover an authentic Slovenia: made of nature, traditions, and above all genuine and passionate people. A memory that we will carry with us for a long time ❤️
We went truffle hunting with Sara along with our three kids. We had such an amazing time. The kids loved the dogs, we learned about different types of truffles and Sara prepared the most amazing meal for us afterwards. We cannot recommend this enough. It was an experience we will never forget, and wish we could do again and again.
