Good taxi: - clean - friendly chauf - came earlyer when we asked for it because of earlyer finish of the hike.

José was a great, attentive driver with smooth driving. He is really super nice. The transfer before the hike was a good option. The parking at Achada is free and this way you have a departure time adjusted to the entry ticket and then you are free in terms of schedule...

The service was top-notch 🤌 From the beginning, the approach was very professional, with secure Apple Pay payment, the ability to add a "reservation ticket" to Apple Wallet, free cancelation of the reservation, and with all needed informations about the reservation in the simple mobile App. The communication was excellent; I was constantly informed about the next steps, even the latest regulations regarding trail tickets, etc. They are very open, flexible, and eager to help. I finished the trail much earlier than I expected, easily contact by Whats App and there was no problem with the driver arriving two hours earlier. The car was very clean, even smelling fresh, and the driver was very polite, courteous, unobtrusive, what is more driver share his location from the beginning, it is very helpful. Phenomenal customer service. Someone has carefully considered everything to provide the highest level of service 🥰 I highly recommend them!!!
