I was booking via Tripadvisor for the 1st time, ca. 1 month before. Mixed feeling if everything goes well, but it did. E-Mails and E-Tickets were quickly sent, few days before you get a friendly reminder too. I booked an Airport Hanoi Pickup to MucangChai, On the arrival day i received via Whatsapp the exact location of the driver and the waiting point, all in time. The driver was really friendly, professional and careful with traffic. I would recommend translatorapp in general, it helps and makes little things very easy. It was an almost 6hrs drive, with a little food/drink break arrived safely at my destination, the area and the people are amazing, i can 100% recommend the service, and Vietnam/MuCangChai in general, Thank you!
Very good service and reasonable costs. The car was in very good. Our driver did a great job. Driver can't understand English, but was willing to use apps to translate for us to understand each other.
