First time in Japan. Leaving on a cruise from Yokohama. Our flight arrived at Narita Airport so we needed transportation to our hotel near the cruise port. After doing our research on Trip Advisor/Viator we chose this company to drive us to Yokohama and we were so glad we did! Our driver communicated with us, through WhatsApp, a day ahead of our arrival. After we arrived, went through immigration and customs, picked up our bags and located our driver holding a sign with our names. We were so exhausted it felt wonderful to let our driver manage our journey to Yokohama. Our driver was very professional and did an efficient job, through the traffic of Tokyo, getting us to the front door of our hotel. Best decision ever!
Excellent communication throughout, Shi Yan picked us up at Narita on time and drive was pleasant and safe, highly recommended

Driver stayed in the parking lot at Narita airport. Difficult to find him. I thought the driver was going to find us. Too lazy to bother getting out of his vehicle
The driver met us at Narita airport with clear instructions where to meet him . The car was spotless and he dropped us at our hotel in Yokohama which took 1 1/2 hrs . Would highly recommend if need this type of transportation
Overall a great experiene. I was contacted through WhatsApp a few days prior to my arrival from the Driver Zou introducing himself and confirming. I had booked the pickup about an you after arrival because I was not sure how long it would take ot get through Immigration and Customs. I ended up getting through both in about 20 min. I sent Zou a message and told him I finished much quicker than expected and he said no worries he would be there in 10 min. I told him where I was and approx 10 min later he walked up. It was about an hour and a half to get to my hotel but it was a plesant ride overall. Zou did not speak english but that was no issue at all. He was plesant and the ride was very relaxing.
Flight was delayed 1hr and then another hr process thru immigration and customs. No issues with them waiting for us. Nice hassle free ride to our destination
