Excellent service from Wilson, in addition to a great driver, knows a lot of the history of Peru. Highly qualified professional
I was given a capable and friendly driver. Pickup and dropoff were done in good timing as well. The tour group also communicated well about pickup and dropoff over WhatsApp and the Viator app.
We had a great experience with our airport transfer from our lake hotel to Juliaca airport with Puno tours at a reasonable price. They arranged a comfortable car with ample luagguage space and an excellent driver who arrived before time, early in the morning, to take us to the airport. We highly recommend their service, extremely reliable for worry free airport transfer. We are from USA and wasn’t sure about any reliable service in Puno as it was our first time there. We also toured the UROS island with them. We are very happy with their service, behaviour and customer care.
Excellent taxi transfer service from start to finish. The driver was reliable, professional, and arrived exactly on time. Communication was very good throughout. The vehicle was comfortable, and the complimentary water bottles were a really nice touch. The whole transfer was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this company and would happily use them again in the future.

Pick up was on time, the car was clean and more luxurious than expected. The driver friendly and professional. Was handed a bottle of water each when we got into the car. Would use again.

We used the agency’s services to transfer you from Puno to Cusco. The service provided deserves much more than 5 stars. Our driver was attentive, considerate and very friendly. The 12 hours (including stops and lunch) seemed much shorter. A great alternative to the bus, certainly more expensive but door to door and stress free
