Our driver was actually early, so that was great for us. He was incredibly professional and friendly. What we liked is that he confirmed with both of us the address he was taking us too.

So easy to book, pay and pick up seamless - our driver Artit was fantastic - excellent driver and very knowledgeable about Thailand - his English was good and we had some help with google translate - very courteous and even allowed us a stop for a quick take away bite to eat en route - would highly recommend

Driver was kind and patient. Hotel elevator was out which delayed our departure. Mr Charlie very patiently waited for the bellman to come down with our luggage

Our ride to Hua Him from Bangkok was excellent. The driver was at our hotel on time. She was friendly, spoke English well, and got us to our destination safely.
excellent driver; arrived 10 minutes before start time. Car was clean, bottled cold water, driver was very nice and helpful. I will use them again on my return to Bangkok.
Because of the picture and no other description, I assumed I was going to get a van, which is what I wanted, but it was only for two people and they ended up sending an SUV. It turned out to be a pleasant drive to Hua Hin and our driver was wonderful. The only criticism I might have would be that they should give you the option to choose a van or an SUV in case you wanted to pay extra for a van to give you more room like to lay down or sprawl out. Other than that, the experience was perfect.
Kept in contact prior to pick up to ensure day and time. Arrived prior to pick up time. Car was relatively new and very clean. Driver new exactly where to go and had a smooth transfer to hau hin.
