Arrived half an hour early was prompt and communicated with me the entire time. He let me know he would wait if we weren't ready but we were so we got to go early and that's awesome.
The driver was friendly and arrived before the original pickup time, which was nice. He helped us with our luggage and dropped us off right at the airport. The van was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
