We were greeted by friendly residents, hard workers and business owners there. This tour was AMAZING!! Our tour guide Victor was the BEST!! The history of the Palenque village and the people is a story that needs to be shared with the masses. I enjoyed every part of the tour- the dance performance, the making of the candy, the session with the doctors and especially the home cooked meal. I would definitely do the tour again!
