Enjoyed the temples at palace area. Then 1 1/2 hour drive to floating market. touristy but loved it. friends bought smoothies from vendors on the water. good pad thai for lunch. less than $2 usd. train market was great, watching awnings and product pulled in as train approached. vendors had sandals, pashminas, fruit etc at inexpensive prices. train market was also touristy but in my opinion, not to be missed

We had a wonderful tour with Poppy! She was great with taking us through the train market and floating market. She made sure our daughter was taken care of and let us know not to overpay at certain locations. She pre arranged special treats throughout the trip, such as coconut ice cream, feeding fish, mango sticky rice and more. She was accommodating in starting the tour earlier for us last minute and truly appreciate her care.

Peter was amazing, very knowledgeable and kind. He was the perfect guide. NokNok organised everything and we were able to book a second trip the day after as the first one was so good. The driver was also very kind and patient. It was nice to have a private tour as the day went at our own pace. The highlight for me was feeding fish in the river which we were not expecting. It’s beautiful and I highly recommend NokNok and her team.

The Floating Market and Railway Market in Bangkok were two of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. Visiting both in one day was an unforgettable experience and gave me a glimpse into the country’s culture and local way of life. The Floating Market was vibrant and full of energy, with vendors selling fresh fruit, local snacks, handmade goods, and souvenirs from their boats. The atmosphere was lively, and I enjoyed trying authentic Thai food while taking in the beautiful scenery. It can get crowded, but that’s part of the experience, and there are plenty of opportunities to take great photos. The Railway Market was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Watching the train slowly pass through the middle of the market while vendors quickly pulled back their awnings and merchandise was incredible. As soon as the train passed, everything returned to normal within seconds. It was fascinating to witness and definitely a must-see if you’re visiting Bangkok. I recommend going early in the morning to avoid the biggest crowds and the midday heat. Bring cash, wear comfortable shoes, and don’t be afraid to try the local food. Overall, this was a unique and memorable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bangkok. It perfectly combines culture, food, shopping, and sightseeing into one amazing day.

He guided us through all the best spots, making sure we enjoyed the experience without feeling rushed. Everything was exceptionally well organised, from the hotel pickup to the return journey. The personal service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality shown by both Henry and Tony made us feel like valued guests rather than just tourists. This tour is a wonderful opportunity to experience personally and close-up. The everyday culture of the Bangkok lifestyle. My guide was Belle, I called her Belle the ball, and she was perfect in every respect. She knew exactly what time where and how we should engage the markets and the transportation, the boats, the food, vendors, and all. We were always on time or a little ahead of schedule. Our comments and advice were always fun and write on target and reflected accurately. The Thai outlook on life. There since of you ever made the day fun and her advisory comments on the culture and the reason for things the way they are in Thailand. We’re always accurate and insightful. She instilled a good deal of respect in me for the the Thai people and the way they live; lots of smiles and kindness, people are always upbeat and very kind and they go out of the way to make us outsiders, feel comfortable. Bill also has a unique knack of making. You feel very comfortable in a setting that you’ve never been in before. I can only give her five stars, but I would give her the maximum no matter what the number was and if I get back to the area, I will work to get her as my guide again and again. She was very thoughtful and kind regarding my slower pace now that I’m in my late 70s. She also made sure that we took our time getting in and out of transportation modes so that slipping or falling was not going to happen. I love her quick wet and kind humor. She has a deep appreciation of her culture in history and is anxious to share that with every to remember. We were very punctual. We were ahead of schedule so in the train came when we were in position to get the best view of the activity possible. The timing on breaks and walks was at the right pace. She knew where the good food and coffee was and she saw that I took my time and we rested at the right frequency. The pace was just right. I highly recommend Bill as your guide
