Vi går til et hellig sted, religiøst hvor Vor Frue af Fatima dukkede op til de Lille Hyrder. Lad os besøge de huse, hvor de 3 hyrder boede Lad os gå lidt på den hellige vej til ungarens Golgata Føreren vil altid være katolsk I vores tur er der ingen stress, for vi vil være på et helligt sted, så vi kan bede og føle freden i os. Føreren vil altid tage billeder af dig at tilbyde i slutningen af Touren. Vores tur er fred og kærlighed til alle pilgrimme

Basilikaen Nossa Senhora do Rosario begyndte at blive bygget i 1928. Den står på det sted, hvor de små hyrder plejede at lege, den 13. maj 1917. Bygningen, der måler 70,5 meter i længden og klokketårnet er 65 m høj, toppet af en 7000 kg bronzekrone. Klokken består af 62 klokker, den største klokke vejer 3.000 kg og klappen 90 kg. Den 13. maj 1958 blev en stor statue af Marias Immaculate Heart of Mary indviet, den er 4,73 m høj og vejer 13 tons. Dette billede, tilbudt af amerikanske katolikker, fremkalder indholdet af budskabet om hengivenhed til Marias Immaculate Heart. Inde i basilikaen finder vi Lúcias grave, og brødrene Francisco Marto og Jacinta Marto
Helligdommens Allerhelligste Sted, hvor Vor Frue af Fatima viste sig første gang for de 3 Små Hyrder, og det er her, Vor Frue Billede findes. Her kan vi deltage i messen, og det er i nærheden af dette kapel, at vi kan lade vores stearinlys brænde som en måde at takke på.
Denne basilika begyndte at blive bygget i 2004, fordi det blev verificeret, at basilikaen Nossa Senhora do Rosario de Fátima ikke længere var stor nok til at rumme alle pilgrimme, især på søndage og andre dage med gennemsnitlig deltagelse, og blev indviet i 2007. En basilika for moderne arkitektur med 8 633 sæder. I 2012 modtog dette tempel dedikeret til den hellige treenighed titlen Basilica.

Vi besøgte huset, hvor Francisco og Jacinta Marto og deres familie boede, du kan se værelserne, køkkenet, spisekammeret samt alle datidens møbler. Vi kan også se det hemmelige sted, hvor Francisco gemte sig for pressen efter åbenbaringerne. Ved siden af huset besøgte vi også haven, hvor de legede.
Det var ved Poço dos Arneiros for enden af baghaven til Lúcias hus, et symbolsk sted for Fátimas åbenbaringer, at englens anden åbenbaring.

We did a full day tour around Lisbon, Sintra, etc. Our guide George was fantastic. He knew the history of the area to an amazing extent and was a wealth of information. He seemed like part of our family by the end of the day!

Our tour guide Aurelio was absolutely amazing! He was funny and great to be with. This was our first time going to Portugal and he provided us the best first experience of Fatima. Through out the whole drive he continuously provided us with Portugal’s history and recommended other sites to see, which we did and are so grateful! I highly recommend asking for him as your tour guide!

Tour guide knowledgeable of Lisbon and its history. Loved trip to see st lucia’s house and the cementery. Fatima’s chapel and basilica was not the experience we had expected
We took this private tour on Sunday, September 11th, 2022. In total, we were three adults including my 84 years old mother who is recovering from a hip surgery. Our tour guide, Jorge, picked us up at our Lisbon hotel right on time at 9:00 am. From that moment onwards, Jorge was absolutly fantastic in every single way. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly but above all, he was very considerated and caring toward my elderly mother. At all times, he was looking after her in order to make sure that she fully enjoyed her time in Fatima. The tour experience was awsome! We were able to visit the Fatima Santuary, attend the 11:00 am mass, visit the churches and the tombs of Jacinta, Francisco and Lucia, etc. Jorge shared with us some very useful "inside tips" in order to make our experience even more memorable. After visiting the sanctuary, Jorge took us to have lunch and after that we went to visit the houses were Lucia, Jacinta y Francisco lived. Besides that, as a bonus track, he took us to other two places that were not included in the tour description: the church were Jacinta and Francisco were baptized and the first cementery were both of them were buried before being placed in the sanctuary. The whole experience was FANTASTIC and we do not have enough words to thank Jorge for his great job and empathy!
