I 100% recommend this tour with Sunny, along with the fancy car and great driver (who will hold and keep an eye on your shopping bags)!!! This is a fun and luxurious experience, and Sunny knew where I could find everything I wanted and helped me find incredible deals. From my five star hotel through this shopping trip, I had the early birthday celebration of my dreams. Sunny is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and she will help you bargain. And her English is excellent!!! I will definitely book another tour with her when I’m back in Shanghai.
Sunny was fantastic, I honestly never would have been able to do this without her! Impossible to find without her, she helped source and negotiate fair pricing for what I was looking for, she even met me there the folling day to buy more. AND she helped me at the local grocery store!

We saw this on TripAdvisor and thought it might be a fun way to see ‘how to shop’ in Shanghai. Sunny was a fantastic choice. From the minute we booked Sunny was in touch checking out what we wanted to see, this was a great start. She was on time, with a ‘Sunny’ cheery smile and brought a great driver with a lovely new vehicle. We started at a tailor, all measured up - and fabrics chosen to remake my favourites, we even mastered AliPay with Sunny’s help! Then we went on to find some new glasses for me. This wasn’t on the original itinerary, but no problem, it was easily added in. I have never seen so many frames! The place Sunny took us to spent a good amount of time testing my eyes and also checked the change in my current specs to what I needed now (2 years). While they were making my new glasses we went off to find a case for my phone, so many to choose from! Handbags next! It could be a bit overwhelming, but the expert was there to guide us through. No pressure to buy and nothing too much trouble. However, when we got into the car for the 30 minute journey to our hotel, the driver turned on the back massage function in our seats. Sheer bliss and a perfect end to an amazing half day out! Thank you Sunny 10 stars!
We did a half day shopping tour with sammie and it was amazing !!!! She was wonderful had great ideas and took us whereever we wanted to go. We wish she had more days to spend with us but she was already booked.

She was incredibly flexible and fully adjusted the day to our specific needs and preferences. Since I already knew the city fairly well, I didn’t want a standard tourist route — and she completely understood that. She curated the day around exactly what we were looking for, making everything seamless, efficient, and enjoyable. Beyond being knowledgeable and organized, she was simply a delight to spend time with — warm, engaging, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. I actually took a similar shopping tour in Shanghai about eight years ago, and I didn’t feel nearly as impressed as I did this time. The difference was remarkable. We enjoyed our first day with Feifei so much that we booked a second day tour for out-of-town sightseeing — and that was absolutely terrific as well. Everything was smooth, well planned, and tailored to us. If you’re looking for a personalized, high-quality experience in Shanghai — especially if you’ve been before and want something more curated — I highly recommend Feifei.
Sunny was so helpful. She took us straight to the shopping centre for glasses and we had a great experience. We then went to a vintage market we would never have found by ourselves.
Sunny was an absolute delight and very flexible in helping us customize our tour. She arranged pickup for us after our cruise with a vehicle that could accommodate all of our luggage, and allowed us to pick the places we wanted to visit before having us dropped off at the airport.
