Denne workshop er en af de få sushi-fremstillingsoplevelser, hvor gæsterne begynder med at filetere fisken. Deltag i en privat klasse ledet af en sushi-mester med erfaring på en Michelin-stjernet restaurant. Se live demonstrationer af professionelt knivarbejde og nigiri-forberedelse, og lær, hvordan skæreteknik, ingrediensbalance og sæsonmæssighed forvandler hvert stykke sushi. Alle trin vil blive guidet af fuldt tosproget personale under private indstillinger, så du kan fuldt ud fordybe dig i håndværket af at lave sushi. Dette er mere end en madlavningskursus - det er en invitation til at fremme en tankegang, hvor opmærksomheden på ingredienser forbinder med større spørgsmål om bæredygtighed og respekt for det, vi forbruger.

We booked the Premium Package, learned on arrival that the organizers only prepared Basic for the appointment and promised to give us a refund of 10,000 yen per person (there were 5 of us). After more than 3 weeks we still haven't seen a refund on our credit card, even a message to the organizer went without feedback. Please be careful what you book.

Wie bereits vor Ort erklärt, war für Ihren Termin versehentlich nur das Basic-Paket vorbereitet worden, obwohl Sie das Premium-Paket gebucht hatten. Dafür möchten wir uns nochmals ausdrücklich entschuldigen. Die Rückerstattung von 10.000 Yen pro Person muss über das Buchungssystem von Viator bearbeitet werden, weshalb die Bearbeitung leider etwas Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Wir haben den Vorgang bereits eingeleitet und arbeiten aktuell daran, die Rückerstattung schnellstmöglich abzuschließen. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass die Bearbeitung länger dauert als erwartet und dass wir zudem nicht schneller auf Ihre Nachricht reagieren konnten.
Took the premium fish fillet course and had a fantastic experience! We were looking to pick up a new skill and be able to make our own sushi and this class absolutely delivered. They kindly walked us through each step of the process and the fish at the end was delicious! They were knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had

Loved this activity in Tokyo. We learnt new cooking skills, while learning about Japanese culture and history, chatting with the instructors AND eating a lot of fish!

This class exceeded all my expectations. The instructor not only taught us the techniques but also shared fascinating stories about the origins of sushi and the traditions behind each style. I was impressed by how well-structured the class was. We started with the basics — rice preparation and knife handling — and gradually moved on to shaping different types of sushi.
